Emplacement super de l’appartement mais l’appartement aurais besoins du bon coup de neuf et de propre
L’appartement et très bien situer près des falaises et du centre ville les filles de la conciergerie aggreable
L’appartement est pas en bonne état et sale (plainte qui ce décroche, housse de canapé pleine de taches , moquette dans le salon pleine de taches , vaisselle dépareiller…) Manque de communication avec la conciergerie non réponses à mon message concernant les draps et message de demande pour l’heure de départ qu’on avais déjà communiquer à la personne de l’accueille qui l’a noté sur un agenda

Ancien appart avec du charme bien situé.
Appart ancien avec du charme. Belle vue. Super emplacement en centre ville. On peut marcher jusqu'aux falaises.
Comme c'est un vieil appartement, l'isolation sonore n'est pas terrible. Les rideaux n'occultent pas complètement la lumière donc cela peut déranger. Dur de se garer. J'avais réservé un parking payant avec le logement mais quand j'ai demandé comment y accéder je n'ai pas eu de réponse. Les draps ne sont pas fournis et ça me semble un peu cher de les louer (20 euros pour un lit double).
