A simple clean accomodation near a beautiful swimming spot

It's the equivalent of the all times' inn. It's a family run restaurant and they have clean rooms with shared bathroom. If you manage to make a connection to the owner and staff, you see that they are nice people. There is a beautiful spot to swim right down the place with a small waterfall and clear waters.

I had a glitch when checking out because I booked with booking.com. They first gave me a bill twice the price I booked through the site. Than I had to wait for the owner so that they let me pay the price I booked for. The waiting made me miss a meeting I had :/

Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt im Februar hat alles rundum gepasst.

Ein durchschnittliches Schweizerfrühstück, frisch und o.k. Das übrige Essen war sehr gut und das Personal äusserst freundlich und unkompliziert.

Die Lage war bei wenig Verkehr und für unseren Zweck perfekt.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis entsprechend.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und die Lage war für unseren Zweck ideal. Wir waren spät da und morgens früh weg, und hatten deshalb geringe Ansprüche an die Unterkunft. Das Personal war aber sehr nett und das Ambiente angenehm.

Der Unterhalt der Zimmer und Bäder könnte besser gemanaged werden. Duschvorhang und Tuch Halter fallen aus der Verankerung (Schrauben reissen aus).

Personnel amicale et serviable. La localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite; à l’extérieur de la ville mais à 10 minutes de bus de Locarno. Point de baignade dans la rivière à proximité et lieu très calme.

Agréable et convivial.

La gentillesse, la prévenance du personnel faisant tout son possible pour nous rendre à tous un séjour agréable. La propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bains. Proche d’une gare, la proximité d’un environnement intéressant pour les loisirs de rivière et la vue sur les villages de montagne. Locarno est facilement accessible.

Tous les points faibles, pas de climatisation, salle de bains à l’étage, étaient compensés par ventilateur, peignoirs ,serviettes , lavabos, serviettes

Gutes Hotel für einen kurz Aufenthalt

Der Checkin war sehr einfach und schnell. Man kann das Gepäck am Abreisetag im Hotel lassen. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht eingenommen und können es darum nicht bewerten. Man kann zu Fuss an den Tegna Strand gehen.

Die Putzfrau hat scho 15 Minuten vor dem auschecken ziemlich genervt an die Türe geklopft. Das war nicht so nötig.

Personal und Besitzer sehr freundlich.

Baustelle vor dem Haus vom Neubau von Bahnhof Haltestelle Ponto Brolla wurde nicht beschrieben mit extremen Tages- und Nachtarbeitslärm und Baggerarbeiten (zusätzlich schon zu dem Zugverkehrslärm und den 3 Hauptverkehrsstrassen um das Haus Locarno/Ticino/Maggia). Auch habe ich nicht das gebuchte grosse Doppelzimmer mit eigenen Bad und WC erhalten sondern ein Singelzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad und Gemeinschafts-WC mit 4 Parteien für den selben Preis, alles auch sehr hellhörig und laut im Haus. Eine innere Stimme hat mir zum Glück gesagt, Ohrenstöpsel mitzunehmen, aber das Beben vom Zug und rundherum war nicht zuzustöpseln. Bin kaputt und kann nur empfehlen, dieses Hotel nur zu buchen, wenn man total erledigt von einer Tour ist, sonst ist es eher kraftraubend und keinesfalls erholsam zu schlafen. Die Untermieter haben geraucht und waren auch sehr laut, trotz Fenster zu hatte ich den Qualm im Raum.

Das Angebot stimmt.

Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Das haus liegt an der Ponte Brolla und somit an der Hauptverkehrsachse. Unser Zimmer 6 lag gegen die Strasse und war somit sehr laut. In der Nacht erliegt der Verkehr aber komplett, sodass wir mit offenem Fenster gut schlafen konnten. Es ist ein ehrliches Angebot im Ganzen, die Leute sehr nett und aufmerksam.

WC/Dusche auf der Etage passt mir nicht sehr, war aber sehr sauber.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, Nähe zur Maggia und tollen Restaurants

Preis / Leistung, 150 CHF im DZ ohne eigenes Bad, TV, Klimaanlage, Minibar stimmt nicht, Zimmer für den Komfort und die Lage (gut befahrene Strasse) überteuert.
