Exceptional

Staff was professional, welcoming, and lovely• the hotel was clean, and facilities really great for families, location was also perfect as we could go. With the bikes directly to ascona and locarno, in only few minutes (way being mostly flat)

The restaurant was slightly overpriced but the kids had free buffet access

A relaxing and full of activities holiday!

We liked that the property had a very wide garden, flowers, palms, animals like rabbits, goats, donkeys and so on so this was a very pleasant experience for our 2 and a half years old son. The staff was very polite, the lobby and the room was very well equipped for a relaxing tea and at the entrance there were always baked in the house biscuits. The food was good and the room very comfortable. Our stay was relaxing and we really enjoyed it.

C’etait parfait. L’établissement est parfaitement pensé pour permettre aux parents de se reposer tout en proposant des activités aux enfants. Les piscines sont belles, il y a spa et soins, salle de sport, terrain de tennis et golf. La restauration est réglée au millimètre. Pas de temps d’attente, le personnel est toujours agréable et à notre service. Le ménage est fait 3 fois par jour dans les chambres. Je recommande.

Das Hotel liegt in einem wunderschönen Palmengarten direkt neben der Maggia. Mit den kostenlosen Leihfahrrädern ist man in einer Viertelstunde in Ascona oder Locarno. Zum Wandern liegt das Hotel auch sehr gut.

Im Verhältnis zu Deutschland oder Italien sind die Schweizer Preise etwas teuer.

Der perfekte Aufenthakt für Familien

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade für ein Hüsli- Zimmer erhalten. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Für Kinder ist alles Erdenkliche zum Spielen und Spass haben vorhanden. Kinderbett, Wickelmatte, Windeleimer und Kinder-Bademantel ist alles eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!
