I was looking for somewhere to get a good nights sleep before and after a bike ride and the bunkhouse was perfect with secure parking hot showers and a well equipped communal kitchen. Rooms are small but very clean and the bed as comfy. It was was quiet at night.
there is a not a lot around the location in easy walking distance so worth getting your provisions en route which I did.
some microwave dishes in the kitchen would have been handy

Visiting for the Trawsnewid festival at the Arts Centre so location could not have been better. Security staff super efficient when I lost my card key.
Lace curtains in N16 need cleaning (mold) or replacing.

Typical style of University halls of residence. Clean, warm, great for doing some writing. Handbasin in the room with other bathroom facilities across the corridor. Access to communal kitchen/dining area with microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, crockery was an excellent reason for booking this accommodation.

The location on the University campus was good. The bedroom was fine - student style accommodation as expected. Clean and comfortable. Not ensuite, but with a sink in the bedroom. Wi-Fi was good.
The (shared) kitchen and shower rooms were disappointing. The kitchen was spacious enough, with a lot of counter space and cupboards and two large fridge freezers, but there was not enough equipment to really cook. There were plates, cups and cutlery, but no sharp knives or cutting board, and a very limited selection of cooking equipment. The shower rooms are across the corridor from the bedrooms, so it is essential to have a dressing gown (only one small towel was provided). There is nowhere in the shower rooms to put sponge/shower soap etc, which makes things tricky. And it is not possible to move the showerhead, which is very high. So unless you want to wash your hair every time you shower it is necessary to have a shower cap or to stand right against the wall so that the water goes over your head. Finally, there is a sink and soap in the toilet rooms, but no way to dry your hands. Since the toilet rooms and shower rooms are separate, the logistics of a stay while mensurating would be very difficult and stressful.
