Great place to use as s base for exploration of Aberystwyth and the surrounding area.
Great location with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean and tidy

Really convenient base to enjoy Aberystwyth.
Great location, a few mins from the station. Lovely Italian restaurant across the street, good restaurant round the corner, nice bar two streets away. Friendly staff.

staff were friendly and accommodating with last minute booking Receptionist was particularly helpful
Although my request was granted to have a room on or near the ground floor, the condition was unacceptable, freezing, no heating, a lightweight Summer duvet that barely covered the bed. Other issues TV had a loose cable hanging and did not work. Bathroom sink and toilet were clean, shower had a build up of yellow mould and water stains next to drain. I would have asked to change rooms but given fact it was New Year's eve, I decided not to complain at the time as gathered hotel was busier than usual from hearing other guests in corridors. Also had stayed one night previously same week and knew rooms were dated and radiators not switched on though first stay was a lot more comfortable despite facilities.

Location and food
Tired decor in the room, also just above the rear garden which was noisy in the evening. The tv didn’t work, reported but no one offered to fix it
