Perfect for our need to stay one night in Aber

Our double room was very good, comfortable bed and everything immaculately clean. The man at the reception desk at our arrival was very pleasant. Ample parking. We walked to town (12 minutes) for an evening meal.

Breakfast was adequate (we had the continental). We would have like coffee not to be from instant coffee sachets. I received many reminders to check-in online when there was no need to, the very pleasant man at reception did a great job.

Great staff, great food, great location but accommodation needs a little investment

Staff were very helpful, food and service at adjoining pub was excellent, good parking, close to town centre

Room a bit tired, showing signs of wear. In particular, the bed/mattress was horribly lumpy and knakered my back over 2 nights. Soap in bathroom dispensers had gone off and smelled foul.

Nothing only thing I would say is that only 2 teabags on tray for 2 days for 2 people could of done with couple more may of just been an oversite I'm sure if I asked in pub they would of given me some

A good stay for the time we were there.

The breakfast was of a good quality and value for money. Room and bed comfortable. Staff acknowledged us as we entered each time.

We asked for our room to be cleaned on the second day, however they did not wash the cups and glasses that were left out. Also on the sunday evening we were unable to have a dinner due to staff training. We were not told when we had breakfast in the morning which I feel we should have been told.

That you have to walk over to the pub reception to get a key card and book in especially if disabled and it's pouring with rain. No lift.

Fabulous service, plenty of free parking very comfortable bed, bath with shower plus a excellent choice at breakfast with as much toast as you want via toasters that are available for customers to use. Overall a wonderful experience.

It was nice to have security at the entrance, felt safe. Room was nice and comfortable.

Our room was located right opposite entrance, so you would hear some beeping all night and doors opening and closing. But it wasnt as loud. Managed to sleep alright.

Great value stay with everything I needed.

Hotel was in a perfect location for me with plenty of free parking and easy to walk into town and to the beach. The room was spacious with everything I would need. Toiletries, hair dryer etc. it was very quiet at night and all the staff were very friendly. I sat in the pub for a drink/pudding in the later evening which was great too. Would recommend.

Breakfast was great value with lots of options but I would have preferred, and paid more for, a better coffee rather than instant in a sachet.

A reasonably priced hotel which was convenient for us but is some way from the town centre.

Stayed for 2 nights, bed was very comfortable, food was reasonably good as was the price.

My wife and I were amazed at the penny pinching size of the toilet paper in the room, so much so that we went out and bought our own. No doubt your buyer has not tried this at home, I’m sure his wife and family would put him (or her) wise very quickly! On our second night we were told that there as no table for us in the restaurant although we had booked this at breakfast time. We were seated at a table in the bar this was not very clean and the floor around the table littered with food. I went to see the manager who was apologetic and miraculously found us a table in the restaurant. We were not too impressed.

Experience could have been better

Spacious room, good bed, nice view, quality breakfast, nice location

In the morning bathtub tap broke and water flooded. We had to call hotel's emergency services who did not had correct equipment to fix the issue. Our precious time was wasted in the morning , we could not use the bathroom/ toilet. We had to shift to the smaller room after breakfast that is also after I made a request and made them aware that we can't use the current bathroom. No sufficient staff in the place, one lady had to juggle around everything ( take care of the breakfast for all the guests, handle reception, attend any phone call etc)

This was a handy hotel for the Rheidol Railway.and plenty of parking. It was clean and tidy and was perfect for our needs. Which was just a place to sleep for one night.

A quiet stay, perfect for families with babies!

As a single mam with a baby, the parking and gound floor room was perfect. All of the furniture being secured to the walls or our if reach of little hands meant that my little one could play safely and he slept really well both nights due to the comfortable crib and quiet atmosphere.

We came to see the National Road Race Championships and enjoyed a pleasant two night stay.

Lovely large, comfortable, quiet room.

There was no lift to the first floor bedroom - we are elderly and had to carry our suitcase upstairs.

A basic one night stay in a modern hotel.

I did not have breakfast.

The check in was basic. No instruction on the door key and turning on the room's power or on how to check out. The staff member I saw was also having to take orders in the restaurant. Everyone was very pleasant however.

Nice, apart from the broken mattress.

Nice and clean. Almost everything in good order. Friendly staff.

Mattress in room 6 broken. Jagged ends of springs poking through the side of the mattress, scratched my leg. Dangerous and a potential health hazard. I can't believe that housekeeping weren't aware of the issue.
