Very clean, handy for the tram and free parking. The bakery below was delicious for breakfast in the morning. The person on reception was really helpful.
The room is very basic - which is clear on the website and reflected in the price. We also got a bang on the door at about 8am on our first morning for room service. To be fair we hadn't hung the sign on the door saying no thanks, but when we asked them to come back, it was clearly a one chance only opportunity! Not a problem as we were only there for 2 nights.

WLAN wurde nicht genutzt, daher meine Antwort nicht zutreffend.
Das Hotelpersonal war wie immer sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis hervorragend.
Auch ein vorzeitiges Beziehen des Zimmers war möglich, top.
Ich hätte mir eine härtere Matratze gewünscht, habe aber trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen.

Frühstücksbüffet war gut. Nähe zum Venue o.k. Personal war aufmerksam.
Das Waschbecken war in einem Zwischenraum untergebracht; nicht im Bad. In diesem gab es eine Badewannen/Duschkombination mit angeschimmelter Duschdichtung, gesplitterten Kacheln und dreckigen Bodenfliesen und Badezimmertür.
Unmittelbare Nähe zur Bahnlinie mit regelmäßigem Zughalt war deutlich zu hören.
