A comfortable, clean and well ventilated room. Breakfast was a nice addition. Maybe slightly closer to the central area would have been better. Secure bike parking a nice touch.
We sometimes had to wait for our bikes to be released from the secure bike parking facility, but not a big issue.

The district seemed quiet and well to do - the property itself smart (but not flash).
I arrived at 2:30pm - a little early for checkin which was 3pm. I expect there to be a bit of flexibility around check in times, especially in higher end hotels. The receptionist said it was going to be ok but unsure if she was joking with me or genuinely thought she was doing me a masive favour 😄

Your staff are wonderful,extremely helpful ,very professional.
The people also who clean rooms are very helpful and kind .
Just a small thing lifts not working and your representative helped us with suitcase..but we understand that lifts get broken.

Sauna and bool was good. Bed and pillows was comfortable.
It was not a good breakfast as advertised . GYM was too small. The lights came on while I was sleeping because the switches were behind the pillow. Coffee was really nothing :)
