Spent 5 nights here and had to visit the messe almost every day. hotel is conveniently in walkable distance from Porz Wahn S bahn. Loved the ambience at the lobby and their breakfast spread. Very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend for solo as well as family travel.

I’m rating Loginn Hotel low due to several disappointing aspects of our stay. 1. Confusing in-house drinks policy: On our first day, we were denied using the hotel’s tea/coffee bar and were told we had to pay for coffee, hot water, etc. On the third day, as we were trying to find a way to get hot water for tea, a receptionist informed us that it is actually complimentary. This confusion between staff prevented us from benefiting from a service that would have been very convenient, especially when traveling long distances. 2. Location issues: The hotel is not very convenient from Köln Hbf. After 9 PM, only the S12 and S19 trains run, and regional trains are infrequent, often arriving much later than expected. This makes reaching the hotel difficult if you are relying on public transport in the evening. 3. Bathroom design: The bathroom lacks proper ventilation, and the door cannot be held open. After a hot shower, it quickly becomes very stuffy and uncomfortable. Overall, while the staff were polite, these issues significantly impacted our experience, which is why I cannot give a higher rating.
