Okay stay, misleading information.

The bed was comfortable.

The room was not as good as in the picture. They also said that parking was included, when it was not and the closest available was super expensive.

A decent value for the price.

Seemed fairly secure although I did not leave my computer in the room when I was away. The location is within walking distance of downtown (i.e. not far from the teleferico). The room was basic and it felt clean. The kitchen is shared and located on the 3rd floor. Doesn't have a lot for cooking but does have a good microwave and refrigerator. Plenty of hot water for a shower. Consider it a good value for the price I paid. Rather nice rooftop sitting area with view of the downtown.

If you use google maps to find this place be sure to identify it as 'Estacion Alameda Downtown'. There is another Estacion Alameda about 4 blocks down the street and that is where I went first. Once you are on the right street look for a restaurant named Fidelio and enter and ask questions. They will tell you how to find your room. My room was facing a busy street so there was traffic noise into the evening hours.

There is no lobby...no elevator...the toilet paper holder was broken ...no parking so I had to pay on my own. No phone at the bedroom to call receptionist...my phone was used to call staff. It was really disappointing!

I recommend this place! we would stay again. the staff were very responsive and help us store our luggage on our depart

the location is central and an easy couple of minutes walk to the telerifico and the river walk. It was hard to find on our arrival, as there is no signage and not true lobby to speak of, but if you found the open wooden door behind the bus stop you are in the right place. they sent us a code and out room number thru booking and so getting into our room was a breeze. the rooftop is really awesome and you can see the town and mountains and it’s great to have a little kitchen to use

Great location, staff are friendly and helpful but only speak Spanish so google translate may have to be used to explain a few things, if you're Spanish is not that great. The accommodation is located on a main road, if you require parking it will be an issue due to no street parking being available near by. It is a 10 minute walking walk from the ADO bus station and there is a nice rooftop available to guest as well.

The decor is unique. well located, and it has literally everything i might have needed for my stay. The bed is so comfy. Shower is marvelous!!!

La habitación muy cómoda, espaciosa. El restaurante terraza es muy bonito, la comida deliciosa y el personal muy atento.

No hay estacionamiento del hotel y si es incómodo. El personal del restaurante de la terraza me despertó ya que mi habitación está debajo y hacen mucho ruido acomodando el mobiliario lo que fue muy molesto. Solo dejaron 1 botella de agua y un shampoo sabiendo que éramos una pareja.

Bueno, creo que la ubicacion es excelente!!!!, de ahi puedes caminar a todos lados en el centro,. Las camas super comodas. La recamara limpia y practica. La señorita que nos atendio para el check out muy agradable. La comida del restaurant muy buena.

Demasiado ruido, se escucha todo, la gente hablaba desde las 6 de manana y no te puedes volver a dormir. el restaurant me parecio bueno, la comida ricay la presentacion tambien , pero el servicio fue pesimo, esperamos muchisimo por la comida y nos traian cosas equivocadas, no una, varias veces!!. Dice que hay estacionamiento , pero no lo hay . Hay un estacionamiento junto que no es del hotel. El baño no estaba tan limpio como la recamara, creo que lo podrian mejor. Diria que estuvo ok.

La Vista del balcón por la noche es genial! La cama es muy cómoda y el lugar es muy limpio.

Lo único super malo es que me tocó la habitación 301, justo debajo de la terraza, llegamos por la tarde para descansar un rato pero era imposible por qué todo el movimiento de las sillas y mesas de la terraza se escuchaban muy fuerte y el ruido de la gente al pasar. Otro punto es que no había un frigo bar con el costo y el modelo de la habitación yo creería que es indispensable al igual que ni había de cortesía ni agua ni vasos.

Está recién remodelado. En el mismo edificio hay un restaurante bueno con una terraza muy bien arreglada y con bonita vista.

Me parece caro para el tamaño de las habitaciones y la zona en la que está ubicado. Las habitaciones son muy ruidosas. Nos dieron una habitación en la que durante el día se escuchaban las conversaciones de los comensales y por la noche toda la faena de levantar el restante, mover sillas etc.

Tiene buena ubicación muy cerca de centro puedes conocer varios lugares de la ciudad turisticos con solo salir a caminar

esta frente a la calle principal de la ciudad y el ruido de los carros afecta el descanso, ademas que durante mi estancia coincidio con que trabajaban en la construcción de un edificio a un lado por lo que durante el dia se escuchaba mucho ruido de golpeteo, en el caso de las camas considero que los colchones tienen area de oportunidad son soportables para estancias de una noche pero no para estancias prolongadas

Excelente experiencia, moderna y relajante

Mi estancia aquí superó mis expectativas. Desde la llegada, todo fue muy sencillo en el proceso de check it, recomiendo reservar a través de Booking. Al entrar a la habitación (chapa con código de acceso), lo primero que notas es la moderna iluminación que crea un ambiente muy sofisticado. El espacio cuenta con una sala muy acogedora, perfecta para relajarse un rato o mirar contenido en la pantalla. La habitación estaba perfectamente climatizada a mi llegada y la cama es increíblemente cómoda; realmente pude descansar como hace mucho no lo hacía. El baño es amplio, cómodo y estaba impecablemente limpio. Pero, sin duda, la estrella del lugar es el patio pequeño techado y privado. Tener una tina allí mismo fue un lujo total; es el rincón ideal para desconectarse del mundo con total privacidad.

No cuenta con estacionamiento, el internet wifi no sirve, nunca agarró señal, falló el agua caliente , llegaba a calentar después de 15 min, mucho ruido , la tele solo se veían 2 canales, no cuentan con línea telefónica para hablar al lobby, teníamos que bajar para quejarnos de lo que estaba mal. Está muy caro para lo que realmente ofrece, nosotros nos dejamos llevar por la terraza y la verdad solo Estuvimos ahí como 15 min, está más bonita la terraza de La Borda.

La ubicación es muy buena, además de que el personal es muy amable. Todo parece relativamente nuevo y moderno.

La tarde del sábado se oía mucho ruido tanto en los pasillos como de la habitación de arriba. Sin embargo, el domingo desde 8am los empleados ya estaban a los gritos en el pasillo, se oía que arrastraban mobiliario arriba y escuché toda su conversación sobre porque le gustaba más el turno de la tarde. Los insumos en el baño son minúsculos. El shampoo literal duró para dos duchas. Solo pusieron una botella de agua pequeña.
