This hotel is within an easy walk of the ADO bus station and about a 20 minute walk to the teleferico. The rooms are nothing special but the hotel itself is nice - we would stay here again.

Checked in to 2 rooms with friends. Desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. My room was totally unsuitable for any human or animal. It had recently been fumigated for "something" and the odour was extremely strong and likely dangerous. This room should have been completely quarantined and the front desk staff should have been made aware so not to sell it. We were immediately moved to a suitable room and later observed that the bed from that bad room was being removed. The smell of the pesticide was all around the hallway. The rooms were very nicely appointed; however, we all had a common discomfort ... the beds were too soft; but that is a personal preference. Everything else was good. Parking was inside the hotel property and secure.

Great place to stay during our road trip for the night. Easy check in. Comfortable room. Extra blankets available for cold weather. Orizaba very lively Sunday afternoon. Family fun everywhere.
