we had a reservation and when we got there, they said that they couldn't found our reservation, so they didn't give us a room, they were rude. so we had to go and find an other place to stay a 11:00pm. The place is old and stinks

Beds are really small and personel at at their entry area very unrespectfull.

Staff at entry asking about not having entry of free brakefast all the way to my table and confronting me about that I had to live table because she was back and fort confronting me.

Everything was perfect. Location is good. Wifi is good. It has a parking lot which makes things easier if you drive there. Rooms and bathroom were clean.

The receptionist at night seemed like a person who hates his job (or had a really bad day). He was pushing us to get a bigger and more expensive room and that the one we looked at booking.com was unavailable, he argued for this 3 times, telling us we couldn't get the room. In the end the room and rate we wanted was available. But no need for staff to push you to spend more for a room with an extra bed you won't even use.

The location of this hotel is very good. The staff has been very nice to me. The check-in and checkout worked very well.

There is no way the hotel lives up to its four stars. It's a very simple two-star hotel, so don't expect any type of luxury. I had a small, outdated room with no sunlight and very old bathroom, not recommended to anyone until they accept they are not 4 stars.

The location is O.K. and it is very good that you can park your car in the parking garage for free. But the room had no view - to look outside - the light came in from a light tunnel on the roof.

More breakfast-options for people who do not like to eat animal products. Most hotels do not think about people who have a different view on food. So more simple food-options should be nice.

El desayuno estuvo rico pero no alcanzamos empanadas y bajamos a desayunar a las 8am

El baño demasiado pequeño, sin bote de basura, no había gel de baño, usamos shampoo para el cabello y el cuerpo, éramos 4 personas y solo había dos toallas, pedimos otras dos y no tenían, mi esposo insistió y nos mandaron dos toallas de manos… pequeñitas!!! Las camas un poco incómodas. No regresaríamos.

Cumplidor, pero con detalles a mejorar considerando el precio

Está muy cerca del centro, tiene estacionamiento, desayuno incluido, está limpio y las camas son cómodas.

El cuarto no tiene ventanas a exteriores, sino a cubos con tragaluz. Una daba directo a tres máquinas de aire acondicionado que, afortunadamente, no se encendieron. La otra está en el baño, no es pequeña y da directo a la habitación vecina, por lo que podíamos vernos mutuamente :/ Además, en el baño no hay toalla para manos, ni tapete para la regadera.

El cuarto esta pegado al los condensares del aire acondicionado por lo que hacer ruido, el baño huele a caño, es un hotel de cuatro estrellas que no creo que lo merecen, no tiene sillas por lo que hay que sentarse en la cama, ni mesita para poner cosas lo que no es muy cómodo

Quizá lo único de lo que podría opinar es sobre el buffet, el espacio podría ser más grande ya que en temporada vacacional te toca estar formado y las mesas son pequeñas para familias grandes que viajan y desean compartir mesa
