Didn't get the buffet nor the chargers or earthed connections for PHEV vehicles

Hi, overall my experience at the hotel has been very positive. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent. It can be a little noisy at night, given its position on one of the city’s main avenues, but this is understandable. I especially appreciated the comfort of the rooms and the warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Everything was wonderful, and I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Hi, I believe this may be a misunderstanding. However, it seems that the hotel is not honoring the advertised buffet breakfast included for guests. Before making my reservation, I carefully checked the reviews on Booking.com, and many guests consistently mentioned enjoying a wonderful buffet breakfast. None of them referred to a limited “American breakfast,” as the hotel is now calling it. I also verified if there were different rates for breakfast, but all booking options clearly included the same offering: buffet breakfast. If the hotel decides not to respect this, it will inevitably be reflected in my review. Unfortunately, it also highlights Booking.com’s limited ability to intervene in ensuring that hotels honor the benefits they advertise to guests. In addition, the hotel does not provide plugs or adaptable chargers for hybrid or electric vehicles, nor grounded (earthed) connections that would support the proper charging of such modern vehicles. This is an important aspect that could significantly improve the experience for guests who travel sustainably.

Good basic services at a good price.

Relatively big hotel with basic equipment, but clean and well maintained. Excellent beds, good bathroom. Good breakfast. Location 5 blocks from the city center. Own parking lot.

If there were a cafeteria on the rooftop, the guest could enjoy the beautiful view over the city center and the Pico de Orizaba.

Desayuno básico pero aceptable. Pedir algo más, bajo la consigna de pago extra me parece bien. La habitacion algo pequeña pero funcional. Agua caliente a todas horas.

Los 2 días de bufet que me tocaron, los plátanos fritos, estaban quemados, no fritos. Coincidimos con u grupo de adolescentes y la verdad es que armaban mucho escándalo en los pasillos del hotel, a veces hasta la media noche. Y el personal del Hotel, bien, gracias.
