Staff not helpful We were charged for breakfast, the breakfast time started 7 am we had to hit the road at 5:30am so we requested the night before for something like fruit or juice for the road since we had the breakfast paid and they refused to reimburse the charge nor give anything. Manager bad attitude she do not deal just make weird faces

One of the nicest value hotels we've experienced during our 4 week travel throughout Veracruz state!

Very clean and great location to all attractions. Parking (on site) and breakfast buffet included. Clean, thick towels and linens changed EVERY day. Excellent beds AND pillows, nice glassed in shower with hot water and great water pressure.

Decor was a bit strange but everything is spotless!

Love the place and the staying

I love the place, the breakfast was really good, and the location is excellent.

The only inconvenient thing was that one of the rooms wasn’t ready on time. We waited for about an hour after check in time.

we went there with a baby and when you go to a hotel with stars you expect them to give your baby a crib or a bed for free this is the way it is 99% of the time. as a courtesy. but here they said we need to pay rent for it and it is almost the same we paid for ourself. ridiculous.

Quite place one block from main street. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast. The hotel has it's own underground parking.

Incredible hot buffet breakfast! We were there Sunday and Monday for breakfast. Great shower. Comfortable room. Quiet. Good location within walking distance of the river and the center.

Precioso y amoroso hotel

Es un lugar precioso, con rincones muy lindos. La atención es excelente, todos con una sonrisa permanente.

Tuvimos pocas opciones de cena. También esperábamos encontrar una cafetera y una secadora en la habitación. Me parece que sería bueno que al menos las ofrecieran de forma opcional.

Excelente ubicación, necesita mejor ventilación y reparar un poco.

La ubicación fue lo mejor pues el centro está a unos pasos y hay muchas cosas alrededor. El cuarto tenía buen espacio.

El cuarto olía un poco a humedad, se arreglaba al prender el aire pero se podía ver en el techo del baño que podrían hacer algunos arreglos. El estacionamiento se les llena y complica la salida de coches. La comida estuvo muy equis, podría mejorar.

La habitación olía a humedad, tuvimos tema de estacionamiento, pues es pequeño y no seguro encontrar cajón.

Hotel IAIA

Las instalaciones están muy bonitas. La cama es súper cómoda , todo muy limpio y el personal súper amable. El área de restaurante es muy bonito y la comida está muy rica. Realmente me quedé con muy bien sabor de boca.

El único inconveniente es que si te toca habitación con vista a la calle el sábado te tocará el escándalo del antro que se encuentra localizado a unos metros del hotel. Pero creo que el paisaje hace que valga la pena.
