Location was excellent for easy access to museums & attractions!

The bed pillows were horrible!! They did not match the quality of our room and the hotel’s 4 stars rating!!

Location and cleaning staff were friendly and great at their jobs.

Terrible welcome, accusing me of not paying when reservation was already paid. They promised an early check-in, which turned out to be impossible. I upgraded my reservation when booking.com offered it a couple of days before arrival. When I got there, I was given a worse and smaller room than I had originally booked. One of the receptionists was extremely rude and had no manners, making communication very difficult. During my stay, I had to use the meeting room to take an early meeting online. I asked them to take my breakfast to the meeting room. I finished my meeting and took off to explore the town when I received a WhatsApp message asking to present myself at reception since they had a "delicate" subject they needed to speak to me about. Since I was far from the hotel, I called my phone, and they proceeded to scold me because I left my breakfast plate at the meeting lounge like they were my mother. Absolutely cero respect and completely inappropriate. Had they waited for me to arrive at the hotel and told me about this respectfully, I would have understood, apologized, and left an extra tip. When I arrived at the hotel, I asked to speak to the manager, who turned out to be just as rude. 2 out 10 service would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless you like to stay at hotels and have absolutely no service.

The price was cheap, staff very nice and helpful.

Parking was free but a block away. Do, difficult to manage luggage. Room was very small and there was only one face cloth and hand towell for two people. We had to ask and sign for glasses and extra pillows.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff were very responsive to our questions and the housekeeping crew for our room did a great job.

Poor lighting over the sink. The towels were all past their prime. The stone floors carried the sounds in the hallway quite well at nighttime. The remote controls for the television were very difficult. Sometimes it worked most times they didn't.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a few blocks from the zocalo. Loved having a proper balcony, letting in plenty of air and light (but with good curtains to block light at night). Lovely views from the balcony in both directions, up and down the street. Solid construction - no disturbances from neighbours; the balcony door largely blocks out street noise. Excellent wifi.

If your tariff includes a complimentary breakfast, note that this is taken in a cafe that is attached to the hotel but run as a separate business. Service is good. However, the breakfast coupon entitles diners to less breakfast items than customers coming in off the street - for example, fruit or fruit juice or a pastry. Also, it is a good idea to eat early, as I saw a number of hotel guests being asked to come back later or wait in the lobby, including a mother with three young children.

The room was very nice and clean. comfortable bed and pillows.
