Basic good condition hotel with good shower, bottled water and OK breakfast. I got quiet room (courtyard view) but heard toilet flushing from other room and housekeepers organized their meeting right near my door. Why housekeepers love to speak with each other without paying attention to guests? And one more strange thing: they collect my towels few hours before check out, I have no towel to dry my hands after washing. Also not ‘Do not dusturb’ door sign there.

Hotel is ok. I was assigned a room at the front of building which faced to an extremely busy and noisy avenue. Noise all night long. Room had roaches. Bathroom has an awkward design which makes it not too funcional. Elevator did not work one morning. Breakfast was nice and hotel restaurant personnel very attentive.

I like this hotel very much. It’s the second time I stay here and it’s been the best so far. The size is perfect for me to move around and not hit my pinky toe. The bed is delicious, perfect to sleep and feel rested. It includes a very delicious breakfast to start my day. I feel pampered every time I’m here.

Is a nice place, you can go walking to main atractives in city as Bicentenario park, and other places

Orizaba is a pleasant, attractive small town that provides an attractive alternative to Córdoba. Heading north, this is the last stop before crossing the mountain into Puebla, a trip many travelers want to avoid at night. The hotel is okay with small but clean rooms. Warning: the mattresses are VERY firm, as in rock hard. The staff training leaves much to be desired. No one was rude but the front desk clerk gave me an Internet access code that contained a typographical error. When I returned to the desk to report that the code did not work she said, "I know, it's wrong, you have to capitalize the first letter." When I asked why she had not mentioned that at the beginning, she just looked at me. The very small cafe did not open on time in the morning and neither the sole server nor the front desk manager had any interest in finding out why not or when it would open. I got the distinct impression that they thought I expected too much to have the cafe open on time. When the food began to arrive - about 20 minutes late - in came it dribbles and was not very good. Orizaba offers better lodging alternatives. I travel this route regularly and will stay at the Holiday Inn from now on.
