Lovely location but disappointing stay

The location is excellent, could walk everywhere and Orizaba is a very safe and very interesting city. Room was a good size, and it was comfortable, but its situation poor.

We arrived a little early but were made to wait until 15.00, we observed that no one went to the room during that time. It was ready when we arrived!!! The noise levels were close to intolerable, early hours shouting, talking, drunks. We were given the first room on ground floor so could hear everything. Choice of shutting window and freezing or leaving window open and even more noise. Breakfast was not good! Coffee undrinkable.

Nice hotel but couldn’t rest because of loud guests at the patio and nobody told them to go to their rooms

Location and decoration

The fact that they let guests stay at the central patio in the middle of the night. I was sleeping when at 4am some guests arrived screaming and laughing really loud and stayed at a table there until 9 am!!! Terrible experience

Possibly the best hotel in Orizaba

We loved the attention to detail. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel has its own shampoo, lotion and conditioner.

Staff could be better trained to welcome guests. They did their job ok but it didn’t feel warm like in most other boutique hotels. The size of the glass in the included breakfast is ridiculously tiny.

Hidden amazing gem in Orizaba

The rooms decoration (we got Frida Kahlo) were absolutely beautiful. Overall the hotel was very nicely decorated and super clean.

Love the architecture, the design of the grounds and room, friendliness of staff and love the personal Tres 79 products in the shower. Attention to detail.

Only thing I would improve is that attendants at front desk know their guests, even if shifts change. Checked in and then left the hotel and front desk staff changed while we were out on the town. Stopped back by and asked a question of the front desk attendant and she was friendly and answered our question but when we proceeded to our room she commenced to tell us we were not allowed past the front desk. Needless to say it made it uncomfortable for all when we told her we were paying guests and heading to our room. But like I said, that is the only thing I would improve. The rest was amazing!

El lugar está muy lindo, con toques modernos. El personal es muy amable y la ubicación inmejorable está en el centro, todo a pocos minutos caminando! Sin duda volveremos. Recomiendo muchísimo el restaurant bar sorbo que está adentro, está riquísimo y fuera de lo común!

Excelente estancia!

La ubicación es privilegiada! Estar cerca de la Alameda y el Centro de la ciudad es fantástico. Las instalaciones increíbles y siempre atentos para resolver cualquier duda.

Podrían mejorar las almohadas y sobre todo, el ruido de la escuela a lado. Si tienes el sueño ligero, te va a incomodar el ruido toda la mañana.
