Clean, comfortable, outstanding staff, restaurant was top notch!

It’s not staffed after 11pm and they don’t have sufficient lighting in the common areas so it was a bit spooky/unsettling.

Very nice place but unfortunately the room was smelly, we could see the fungus on the filter.

It is beautiful

The room smelled like humidity, the bathroom had a strong smell of bug spray, and there are no windows to air the room, the AC didn’t work well and at night it went off - no way to make it work again until it came back at 5am. The tv isn’t easy to set and change language- all in Spanish, they only provide one coffee pod for a two person room (the front desk girl gave us an additional one)

La habitación en general, siendo boutique, creo todas las habitaciones son diferentes el concepto me gusta.

La cafetera no prendió, no pude tomar mi café, tuve que pedir un destapador para el agua. No me gusta cuando te cobran en folares, y después te te cargan los impuestos municipales, tengo entendido que si eres extranjero estás exento del pago de impuestos.

Maravilloso lugar para sentirse como en casa

Ubicación y atención inmejorable, el trato es muy cálido desde la recepción hasta el restaurante, la comida es muy rica, las habitaciones muy amplias y lindas, camas cómodas, una regadera con presión ideal. Leí algunas quejas sobre el estacionamiento pero la verdad es que está a menos de 5 minutos caminando (se da un poco más de vuelta con el carro por los sentidos de las calles, pero no fue un problema, vale la pena por la ubicación).

No me impediría regresar pues es una cuestión personal, pero no me gustaron las almohadas, son extremadamente suaves y no me acomodaba, falta algo de luz natural o luz blanca pues se siente bastante oscura la habitación, falta también un espejo de cuerpo completo y un bote de basura en la habitación (solo hay uno en el baño).
