Good value but noisy!

The location of the hotel is excellent. The view from the pool is stunning. The staff are attentive and friendly.

Most of the rooms face the street and the street we faced was soooo busy. Lots of cars passing by and honking. It made it difficult to relax. The buffet was nothing special. We ate at 7:30am and the food was not very hot. The coffee was lukewarm.

Great views in Orizaba

The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept incredibly well. The bathroom and shower were nice and had a few helpful amenities. There was plenty of storage and everything was very clean. The rooftop terrace and pool were lovely: the pool was a pleasant temperature, and it was nice to have meals/drinks on the terrace and enjoy the view of the surrounding hills.

For the price of the hotel, I thought the towels looked noticeably worn and in need of replacing.

A perfect place to stay in and enjoy your trip!

The hotel is located right in the center so that all the sightseeings of the town can be reached by just walking. My family and I really enjoyed our stay there, heated swimming pool with illumination, friendly and caring hotel staff, a nice and cozy gym.

The window of the room faced the street so that it was kind of noisy at night. The bed was too soft for me.

The beds/sheets were soft, confortable and clean, the shower had good water presdure Location was wonderful and the facilities look recent.

The parking were a little bit chaotic, the rooms in ground floor are noisy during the mornings, no breakfast included.

Arrived at 2:30 a.m. hotel was locked up tight...couldnt find the parking and ended up driving around the block. If you come late at night stay at the doorway until they open up the parking doors.

Excellent stay would highly recommend

Excellent central hotel, we paid a little extra to upgrade room to level 3 and the rooftop pool is beautifully kept with lovely views of the mountains. Great room housekeeping clean and change beds and room everyday. The bar staff and waitors are excellent very attentive.

Great hotel, mattress and sound-proofing of rooms can improve

It’s very clean, has a great pool and a play yard for toddlers

The mattress was way too soft, so much that it kind of suck you in. Also, the rooms are not sound-proof enough, so music from the events room and noise from the laundry can be heard very loud, specially at night.

was a beautiful stopover

Reception went smoothly and the bell man Octavio was excellent. His English was excellent so for an English speaking person trying to learn the Spanish language it was relief. He even helped us order at the rooftop Restaurant, which the food was excellent . Room was awesome and very clean.
