Lovely nicely maintained property in an excellent location. Hosts were most welcoming.

Perfect location and very nice helpful people. Comfortable bed. The hairdryer didn’t work so he was quick to bring a replacement.

The bathroom floor was very slippy and my husband fell. We didn’t get the accommodation we booked so no air con, walk in shower or the use of the facilities. Only on the first night but we were too tired after a day driving. Also we would have liked somewhere to eat breakfast, like a table and chairs!

Exceptional

Met the owners of Ashby's on arrival and right from the start they were more than helpful, Ashby's is a great place to stay as it has something for everyone (Hot tub, steam room, sauna,bar area,pool table and garden spaces) Room was a good size and very comfy bed, Close to town center and sea front, Only stayed for 1 night but will be going back for longer next time. Really enjoyed our stay at Ashbys and meeting the owners Mubi and Steve Thanks again and hopefully see you again soon Darren

Disappointing

The location

"Apartments" seems like double suite in a share house. Too noisy special in the night when my kids were wake up and scared due to the noise come from the building . For 1 night we were completely out of heat !

The decor of the living space and the whole setup of the apartments hosts certainly have a good eye for quality very stylish but also very homely its that nice im staying for a extra night

The property was close to local amenities. We were able to use the facilities provided if needed (shared kitchen/bar). the room we stayed in had its own kitchen anyway. the room itself was very clean. sky tv. bed was comfy.

great room, organised chaos, has it all but requires fine tuning

the room itself was lovely the beds really comfortable, the decor and the finish were exceptional , very helpful staff, great facilities available to use

we described it as organised chaos, when we opened a cupboard in the kitchen for tea, there was a lot of clutter, the water was either hot or cold, really struggled with the tap to get the right temperature for a shower, pillows seem cheap quality in comparison to the rest of the finishing and were uncomfortable. We would have liked to have used the hot tub or spa but feel the additional £25 each was to expensive and felt the way the kitchen looks onto the hot tub doesn’t make it very private . The initial arrival doesn’t represent the rooms well as it was a mess, not great first impressions. Couldn’t understand why check in wasn’t in the main building or staff using the kitchen in the main building. Every guest we saw knocked on the door of the main building but then we were told we had made a mistake and every guest does it, so why not change it? instead of getting flustered and then walking guests through multiple doors and walkways.

Good but the parking was a real problem for us

Host was amazing and extremely informative and helpful

Parking was very bad - access road narrow and completely full - managed to park and was able to buy a permit from the host but we moved the car to go out in the evening and when we returned there was no parking in the permit areas and we drove around for ages looking and then had to pay an expensive fee in addition to the permit for an overnight car park

Room was a good size, plenty big enough for 4 adults. Good size fridge. Great location.

Gorgeous property, Fab location!

The studio was big, very clean, light & airy. Bed was really big & comfy, lovely cotton bedding. Has a small kitchen area and small bathroom. Right next door to the studios is another Ashby’s property which gives you access to a pool table, table tennis table, air hockey, old school pac man-so much fun!! Great facilities, beautiful studio, perfect location! Would recommend!

The size of the bathroom, but if I book again, which is likely, then I will request a bigger bathroom. Other than that..great

Very comfortable rooms with great facilities.

Very convenient for restaurants and shops, but not noisy. Considering we were a family of four in one room, it was pretty spacious and the common areas provided space to spread out. Free pool table! Room and bathroom perfectly clean and the kitchen area was just right for a little self-catering over a short stay.

Only one key-fob per room. Otherwise, nothing!

The hosts were so helpful and accommodated our needs. Very friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately there was a party flooding on in the building with lots of people so didn’t sleep much.
