Luxury Studios with Spa included

Ashby’s is a perfect getaway. Beautiful room, very nice spa, great common area, with full kitchen facilities and games room with free video games, billiards, air hockey, foosball, table tennis and bar area. Every little detail was very well thought out.

Hot tub access without spa is a bit pricey.

Extremely clean and room looks amazing

Perfect location and very nice helpful people. Comfortable bed. The hairdryer didn’t work so he was quick to bring a replacement.

The bathroom floor was very slippy and my husband fell. We didn’t get the accommodation we booked so no air con, walk in shower or the use of the facilities. Only on the first night but we were too tired after a day driving. Also we would have liked somewhere to eat breakfast, like a table and chairs!

we described it as organised chaos, when we opened a cupboard in the kitchen for tea, there was a lot of clutter, the water was either hot or cold, really struggled with the tap to get the right temperature for a shower, pillows seem cheap quality in comparison to the rest of the finishing and were uncomfortable. We would have liked to have used the hot tub or spa but feel the additional £25 each was to expensive and felt the way the kitchen looks onto the hot tub doesn’t make it very private . The initial arrival doesn’t represent the rooms well as it was a mess, not great first impressions. Couldn’t understand why check in wasn’t in the main building or staff using the kitchen in the main building. Every guest we saw knocked on the door of the main building but then we were told we had made a mistake and every guest does it, so why not change it? instead of getting flustered and then walking guests through multiple doors and walkways.
