Lovely comfortable flat in a great location.

This was the second time to stay at the property. Once again it did not disappoint. Lovely warm, clean, modern, well equipped flat which is in a great location with parking on site. Comfy beds with lovely bed linen. Great communication with Mark who was very helpful.

FAB LOCATION/ SPACIOUS, IMMACULATE APARTMENT

Lovely spacious apartment, massive bed, nice kitchen.. plenty of room. Sky TV, including sports!! Very dog friendly.. even had a welcome pack.. good location. 10 min walk to the sea front

The steps upto the apartment are quite steep.. so not great for people of limited mobility..

Highly recommend this superb apartment!

A fantastic two bedroom apartment in a great location, being close to pubs, restaurants and Southsea sea front. Very good communication from the owners, and excellent facilities, ideal for couples. Comfy beds and lots of wardrobe storage. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The metal steps up to the front door might be a challenge for older or less able people, especially when getting the luggage up and down the steps.

Cosy, comfy, excellent apartment

Great location, but primarily for us we needed somewhere really comfy and quiet for a couple of nights and this apartment absolutely fit the bill. We had a great stay, big comfy bed, lovely towels and warm and cosy in January.

Amazing, well-equipped, beautifully finished apartment in a great location

This apartment was amazing, it was spacious, well equipped and in a great location. The hosts were fab throughout our stay and catered to our needs for a cot, going above and beyond to provide a high chair too, just in case we needed it. We will definitely be coming back

Prefect flat and location

Lovely large spacious and airy rooms. Everything you would need in a home from from. Close beach, common and all amenities. We will hopefully stay again

Brilliant weekend in a great location

The apartment was beautiful, well equipped, spotlessly clean and the hosts friendly.

Probably wouldn’t be an issue for most but for us we found it difficult to sleep in the main bedroom as it was too light. Curtains as well as the blinds would have made this property a 10/10 for us

Perfect for a family stay

Felt like home. Beautiful spacious flat. Fresh flowers when we arrived. Beautiful area right next to the sea. We did everything on foot which was perfectly doable. Our Baby loved the sight out of the window. There was so much to look at. Supermarked was also just around the corner. Really everything was perfect. We stayed there from thursday till sunday and the pub didn't bothered us at all.

It was very comfortable, warm and well-equipped. Short walk to the beach

Beautifully decorated, with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings. Proper coffee, tea and milk provided. Bathroom also had a choice of good quality toiletries.

The blinds in the lounge need attention as the were difficult to adjust. Also, bedroom lighting is poor - the only working light is obscured by the wardrobe. The remaining wall light doesn't work, leaving only a table lamp on one side of the bed. Also, dressing table chair is too low (or mirror too high!) to be able to see for hair, makeup etc.

Night before wedding

I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridesmaid and daughters it was a lovely spacious apartment with lots of room for the morning of my wedding for the hair and make up artist

Only snag I would say would be the iron stairs to get up/down to the apartment I was lucky it wasn't raining but they would be slippery if it was wet

Reasonable price lovely spacious location with lots of added touched in property

Location was central to explore Southsea and Portsmouth. Free car parking on site. Lots of local restaurants to try in walking distance from apartment.

Bed was very squeeky which was quite annoying to try stay asleep. Also there was alot of outside noise early hours of the morning which was annoying. But this is our personal experience. Others my not be affected by this.

An absolute gem in a prime location

Beautifully presented, with modern furnishings the most comfy bed i have ever slept in, had a lovely sleep and despite a pub next door it was very quiet. Lovely and clean Smashing location On site parking is a real bonus and one of the main reasons that we chose this accommodation.

Shower just got hotter and hotter - didn't seem to be able to adjust it (wasn't me being thick, my friend couldn't adjust it either) a non slip mat within bath would be handy - i felt a bit unsafe Key box took a few attempts to open/shut. On arrival, someone else had parked in our allocated parking space - reported to host, and parked in someone else space, and kept checking until the rogue car had vacated. i would have been really annoyed if there wasn't a 'spare' space and there would have been absolutely nowhere to else to park in a busy city centre. I wonder whether the hosts could obtain some traffic cones or 'reserved' sign to prevent this from happening to other guests - (obviously i know the hosts aren't responsible for other people's parking!
