Open Mind Property - Hot Tub, 4 Bedrooms & Free Parking

We really enjoyed our stay. The property has a lovely style and was beautifully presented. It was spacious with plenty of beds, making it ideal for larger families or groups. The location was excellent, with pubs and restaurants just a five-minute walk away, so everything we needed was within easy reach. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend the property.

The property has a lot of potential, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The hot tub wasn't full on arrival, and the garden could have done with a little more maintenance. There were quite a few signs and reminders around the property, which made it feel less welcoming. We also noticed a few stains that could do with some attention. With a little more time and care spent on the presentation and upkeep, the property would offer much better value for money, as it wouldn't take much to bring it up to a much higher standard.

Kitchen was lovely, plenty of light. We reported toilet not working and following day plumber arrived.

Too many beds crammed into small spaces. Toilet wasn’t working when we arrived. Very small toilet, had to back in, couldn’t turn round in it. Two toilets for fourteen people wouldn’t be sufficient, just one bathroom. Back yard unkempt. Whole place was tired and needed attention. No welcome book for instructions, health and safety etc.
