Our stay was exactly what I hoped for. The occasion was for our son’s wedding. The house was large enough for all our family to stay. It was comfortable , spacious and centrally located so easy to get to where we needed to be.

Wonderful stay and wonderful house

Location- quiet and close to Southsea. Large, spacious accommodation with lovely facilities and garden. Owners were great, helpful, and approachable at all times.Generous welcome pack was a suprise and much appreciated. We had a lovely stay.

Amazing stay with a group of friends

Couldn't fault this place. The hosts were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean, spacious and beds were really comfortable. Great location, only a short walk into town. Would 100% recommend.

Spacious and spotless and in a good location - lovely long garden for the dog to run around and secure.

Nothing we didn’t like, some room for improvements which we’ve personally fed back to the owners but it all depends on type of occupiers as families need different types of amenities than people just using it for a base. We mentioned maybe another TV upstairs would be good and a larger fridge but what was there was spotless and met expectations. Car charger on site but it needs highlighting that there is a cost for this as nothing is mentioned in booking.com descriptions.

Perfect location, beautiful garden and easily accessible

The location and spaciousness of the property was great. It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We had a group stay and our little dog and we all thought the property was ideal for our stay.

The mattresses are in the uncomfortable side.

Peaceful stay in a beautiful family house

Beautiful property, spacious and very clean! The bedroom on the ground floor was definitely a plus. The hosts are very lovely and were helpful and welcoming. Family friendly house too. We would definitely come back, we had a great time

The only downside for us personally was that the pots were a little small to cook for all of us as we like cooking)

The bed in the wicker bedroom was a little uncomfortable rackety but everything else was lovely.

A brilliant stay in a lovely house in a great area.

The location was brilliant, we were able to walk to everywhere from the house. The garden was wonderful and we were lucky with weather which allowed us to enjoy the outside space There were 5 of us so the 5 bedrooms were perfect. Having parking was a real bonus

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the house, it was perfect for our reunion. A minor point we would like to make, however, is that we found there wasn’t enough crockery, were we left with only 5 of everything - 5 cups, 5 plates etc. we could have done with a few more. We were also missing serving spoons to dish up stuff we had cooked.

Zeer fijn verblijf met veel ruimte

Mooie ruime woning met zeer comfortabele bedden en vriendelijke gastheer. Handige parking op de oprit + voor 2e auto kregen we een kaart om gratis op straat te staan. Bedden waren opgemaakt en handdoeken voorzien. Vlakbij meerdere eetlocaties en winkels.

Portsmouth zelf is geen toeristische regio. Buiten de historic dockyard is er weinig te zien. Het is ook voor deze activiteit dat we speciaal naar Portsmouth kwamen dus voor ons helemaal niet erg. Met de auto kan je ook overal heen natuurlijk. Op de woning zelf was niets aan te merken.
