Nothing the flat was terrible the bed was like sleeping on a house brick

DO NOT BOOK THIS terrible facilities. The pictures are nothing like the property- Blood on walls, no furniture, no working wifi, dirty, broken flooring holes in the walls BLOOD ON the walls- no towels it’s awful. Host ignored- refund requested. Be careful guys this host is a clear con man false advertising and taking your well warned money for what I can only describe as a crack den

I DIDNT STAY.

The key safe I was given was incorrect I was a young lady stranded in the cold and rain alone late at night No one answering my messages and phone about to die. I want my money back.

It was clean

We were booked for two nights but moved out after the first night and stayed somewhere else. The tv or wifi didn’t work, no bathroom light. It was very noisy, the people in the other flats and from opposite flats were outside all night arguing. Someone from another flat knocked on our door at 12am and asked to check the boiler.

Well it taken me long time to get on the front door and the key safe take me for 30 mins to open it Once in place it saw very cold and smelt of damp.

The apartment was in an unacceptable condition: very dirty, damp, stains on the walls and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. I did not stay at the property at all and left immediately. I reported this straight away and provided photos as evidence. I am still waiting for my full refund.

There was no Wi-Fi= not TV working. The stairwell was dirty with used food wrappers left by someone. There were holes in the apartment wall. The shower water pressure was very low, and the water would fluctuate between freezing cold and boiling hot. It was relatively clean, but not spotless; there was no broom, dustpan, vacuum cleaner, or mop. It's tolerable for a few days, for a somewhat cheap stay depending on the dates, but not for long stays.

Was unable to stay Key wasn't in key lock after calling and waiting for over 20 mins was called bk and told to use spare key Finally got in to apartment nothing had been cleaned still last customers bed sheets and mess so as owner couldn't clean that evening was offered a different room somewhere else that didn't suit my needs so requested a refund and stayed elsewhere Was very disappointed as the pics made apartment look amazing definitely needs tlc

Disgusting

I arrived at 6, two hours after check in. There was no key in the box and doors were unlocked. The apartment was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned at all. Rubbish from previous tenants was in every room, no bedding. Due to the condition unfortunately I couldn’t stay and my evening was ruined.

We couldn’t stay, it’s not for humans.

Nothing! We had to leave, nobody would stay in that filthy place. They didn’t even change the bedding or the towels after the previous guest. I have many photos about the broken furniture, dirty bedding, sofa, kitchen etc. We couldn’t stay, but they don’t want to give refunds.

Drug den

Great location, good view of the sea. Local to pubs and restaurants

The flat absolutely stunk of weed and there was clear evidence of drug use (smoke alarm covered in tinfoil, burn marks on the side of the bath). The sofa was so uncomfortable and rock hard, we had to use all the bedding from the bed just to be able to sit on it. No hot water or scorching hot water, no inbetween! The bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to collapse and there was a lot of shoddy finishes throughout the flat! When we went downstairs to go out and there was a group of rather questionable looking men in the hallway, again stunk of weed and there were towels stuffed under other front doors of the building (I suspect in attempt to hide drug use).

Some of the facilities weren’t working, there seemed to be a blown fuse. Oven wasn’t working, the plugs in the living room weren’t working, fortunately there was a long extension lead in the apartment so we used a plug from the kitchen. Once we got the TV on we couldn’t do anything because the remote wasn’t working and the TV wasn’t connected to the internet. Changed the batteries of the remote but still didn’t work. Sent messages to the host that night but no response, only an automated response via the chat. Finally, we managed to find a number in the entrance and called the next day. He seemed to know right away when we said things weren’t working and told him which apartment we were in. We were offered a change of apartment so we moved only to be told after moving we couldn’t stay there and had to leave, he asked us to book alternative accommodation and we would be reimbursed. We refused this as we probably wouldn’t see a penny from him, we told him if he wanted us to move he would have to pay for alternative accommodation and send us the details to check in. The only good thing the host did was agree to this so we moved. The apartment itself is in pretty bad condition, very old and shabby. Holes in the walls, not particularly clean and a very bad mattress and pillows. Also a very strong smell of marijuana in the apartment probably coming from another apartment through the holes in the walls. Very disappointing to say the least

We were very disappointed with the condition of the apartment. It was extremely dirty — not only were the walls very dirty, but the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed linen was stained, there were hairs in the shower, and the kitchen was also dirty. Everything felt unclean.

The location was excellent and the equipment in the kitchen was good. Everything was clean and tidy. The WIFI was good.

Could do with a clothes airer to go with the washing machine. The fire doors in all rooms were annoying as I couldn't hold the doors open.

These pictures we’re definitely NOT of this apartment, it’s very tired and needs some attention. The water system is very loud, and extremely stained sofa which we was worried to sit on.

Avoid flat 2!

Price and location were okay

Landlord will not at all converse with you. I asked 2 times for changes with offers to pay extra. No response. The apartment was falling apart. Used condom under radiator. Major stains on sofa and bed. Walls fall apart. Also turned up to get into our room. Was double booked. Landlord wouldn't speak to us then either. The Tennant of room had to sort the situation. We did get another room but. Still not the point. If you want cheap. Its ideal. If you want somewhere half decent. Look elsewhere.

The doors do not close properly to the bedroom and living room, the heating only worked for 10mins at a time The plaster is falling off the walls the windows have no locks or closing in them in living room, the blinds are all broken the bathroom was not finished gaps in the shower roof the hall outside had loads of dirt from builders boots etc it’s just a dirty place

Flooring in the kitchen was questionable I nearly put my foot through it, the fridge wasn’t even plugged in or was the TV. The toilet sink was blocked so when we brushed our teeth we had a full sink of dirty water that too along time to go.

The place should not be on booking.com its was not worth the money i paid. The bathroom basin was blocked the toilet nearly overflowed on flushing the kitchen was rough! The bed was uncomfortable the shower head was dirty and not fit for purpose. Would not recommend this place to a tramp.

Utterly disgusting

There was absolutely nothing good. It smelt, was DISGUSTING. We were in there a total of 5 minutes before we left.

The place was disgusting, dirty, smelly. VILE. I stay in hotels weekly and it was honestly the worst 5 minutes I have experienced walking in there. I am now BATTLING the shocking customer service for a refund.

We arrived in the evening and got our keys from the lockbox, we went inside and were shocked. The apartment was simply not fit for staying at. When we came into the stairwell it smelled of marijuana and there were graffiti on some of the doors to the other apartments. When we finally came into our own accommodations it was horrible. Stains on the walls and floors, our shoes stuck to the carpet, the WiFi wasn’t working and the place looked as though it had never been cleaned at all. Dead bugs laying about, crumbs/stains of food on the table and chairs plus All the windows were dirty. The bedroom the window was covered by garbagebags from the outside. It bubbled up sewage from the drainage in the bathtub. The list is neverending. We tried to contact the host but they didn’t help us and we checked out the morning after. Strongly recommend that no one else books this.

Stunk of weed.

Location good, view was good, host was prompt with communication for access keys.

Stunk of weed in the entire property, dirty communal carpet on stairs, mould in bathroom, broken bath tiles, leak in ceiling, no wardrobe, ironing board had been used to hang clothes by previous guest, no bedside tables. A poor finish in all areas, looked like DIY bodge jobs everywhere.
