1 Bedroom Apartment close to beach

The apartment was perfectly located between the city centre & the beach. Shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, wine bars all just a short walk away. The beach with lovely long walks, views out to sea, its cafés & restaurants were also a short walk away. The apartment was well decorated, the bathroom particularly was immaculate. Everything was clean and neat. All the facilities we needed were available & worked. The view from the apartment window was great. Portsmouth Stays have an exceptional Ai called Harper who was engaging, efficient & very helpful.

There were minor elements that we raised with the host. These were resolved immediately. One particular element is that yous need to ensure to get the apartment number with your booking instructions. Harper needs this to allow yous access to the apartment block.

Spacious apartment definitely valued for money was super clean. Had to come to Portsmouth for tonight and head off to work the next day so this was a really good affordable option.

I was really hoping to sit back and watch some TV however remote control didn’t work and I went through the support team but we didn’t get it fixed. I did some research and the remote control is not compatible for the TV so I’ve reported this and hopefully it will be fixed. The Internet kept cutting in and out and there are only two channels available because of this on the TV. This isn’t a game changer at department was definitely valued for money however I wanted to sit back as I’ve had a long day, Work.

Great location close to beach. Very clean and tidy. Smelt fresh and clean. Very good value for money. The apartment had everything me and my daughter needed. We had a great sleep, was nice and quiet surroundings. The staff were very responsive and catered to all our needs. The WiFi signal was excellent too.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the apartment was very professionally put together and staff catered to mine and my daughters needs so nothing bad to say here.

Great location for a weekend stay. Received check-in details in good time. Staff responded to requests, after checking in. Great WiFi and working TV. Not especially loud after 11pm.

The communications-bot used could do with an update, as sent requests for the same ID check 24 hours after submitting them, saying they would cancel. No response to the numbers given. Caused unwanted stress but got sorted with help from Booking.com Also, the shower was not working although I did not call for help. Basin & bath available though had to ask for towels.
