Great location, very clean and had everything you needed. Good communication
It's not a didn't like it , as the place is great,. Just be careful the steam from the bathroom shower nearly set the smoke alarm off , closed the door quickly enough after one bleep x

We live in a small village in the wilds of Suffolk and found the location of the Merton Road property to be even quieter. During this particular short stay we didn't cook in the flat but found the kitchen to be well equipped.
We found the flat to be so nice generally it seems churlish to be critical however there were a couple of very minor niggles: a. The toilet seat wouldn't stay up; some adjustment required. b. The bedroom wasn't really dark at night as the white blinds in the bedroom allowed a lot of light from the street into the room. c. My wife found the heating controller setting that meant it defaulted to 16C irritating.

Accessibility was good for me as I’m disabled got my wheelchair in and out the apartment without too much hassle.Lovely spacious and well decorated rooms, ideal parking very very close to the apartment. Must point out although I’m disabled I do have some mobility with a stick that’s why the accessibility was good for me.
Personally I cannot think of a thing.
