The location was perfect,the bus stop was a few meters away, giving access to most of Portsmouth. A very easy walk to the seafront and plenty of decent coffee shops along Palmerston Rd
As a senior couple the steps up to the apartment were hard work, on the other hand very good for security on the upper floor.

Location as ideal, 15 minutes from everywhere
The sofa bed was uncomfortable but bought an air mattress from the shop across the street and it sorted it right out.

Nice property in a nice area. Ideal as a base for the rest of the area.
Hotter than the sun when we arrived! It was 32c outside, but the fact that all windows and forts had been shut all day before our arrival the heat was unreal!

Location was amazing and bright. The entrance could do with a bit of a tidy up but it is a shared entrance.
The fact that heating is controlled remotely and when I contacted the manager he basically said I can see the temperature and it’s warm enough. We had no opportunity to dry towels or washing. Two portable heaters were delivered because we were sat with coats on and at that point Dan decided to put the heating on for ONE HOUR. Christian who was point of contact could not have been more helpful and I cannot sing his praises enough
