Parking on drive, All on 1st floor. Nice decor, modern and clean. Great sturdy mattresses. Good location and nice walk to coast. Host was great and sorted a problem out for us promptly.
3rd bedroom was opposite front door behind a curtain, we didn't use because of this, maybe ok for some people. Other couple of minor things that can be easily adjusted: Bathroom lighting, a couple of flatter pillows, and cooling fans.

I had a wonderful stay, the location is absolutely perfect — just a one-minute walk from the main street, where you’ll find a great variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops. There are many local sights nearby and easy access to Southsea Common, which is perfect for a relaxing walk or enjoying the seaside atmosphere.
Overall, a fantastic experience — great location, great convenience, and a really enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Portsmouth!
