#26b Renovated Portsmouth Flat

Good space in the apartment, well resourced and decorated and great price for all of this. It’s in an amazing location you are literally 10-15 mins walk from everything in different directions, pubs, shops beach, fun fair, restaurants, harbour, bars and historical features, so leaving the car parked for most of the week was a huge bonus.

Sofa wasn’t comfortable to sit on for long but fine for an everyday base and short term use. We had issues with noise from other tenants above us, but the property owner dealt with this very swiftly so it didn’t impact on our stay for long.

I liked everything.

I wanted to stay longer, but it wasn't possible—I didn't get a reply—but otherwise, everything was excellent.

Well located, tidy and had all facilities.

The bed was very small at 6ft 2 my legs were hanging off

I think the last people that left the building liked grapes as the stems were on the carpet before you walked in the bedroom and also elsewhere. It was a good location to what was needed so can't fault that

As I said above about not liking but to add to this was unsure what to do when we ran out of tea bag's, coffee etc as there wasn't in my opinion enough to last 4 days and it felt like there was no communication from the owners other than I think a pre typed message that is just sent when turning up and leaving. I think they should have a television in the bedroom as the sofa bed is uncomfortable if you sit on it for a while, it reminds us of when waiting at the airport or in a doctors appointment room
