No beach, water at high tide comes up to the wall, at low tide the sand is silt and you sink in to it, you cannot walk out to the water. Poor quality towels.

Property was in an amazing location and the loungers and restaurant had stunning views. My partner said he had the best pad Thai of the trip here aswell!! The host was lovely and accommodating, even letting us into our room early aswell as dropping us to the pier

What a gem of a place! The room was exceptionally comfortable and very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing! The host was lovely and helped us organise a sightseeing trip around the island. Her communication was great!

Great for a short stay

Good location, just 10 minutes from the pier. The room is comfortable (bed and shower) although the walls are paper thin. The view is beautiful! The staff are friendly and helpful.

There are practically no facilities - a small bar / restaurant, which was closed when we tried to have dinner. Fortunately there is a good restaurant just next door. No pool or other leisure facilities.

Disappointing 😞

Location was good.

I booked the sea view room after reading the reviews which looked very good with few complaints. I am not sure if these reviews were fake or the if the people who wrote these reviews live without comfort. I found the bed hard and lumpy very uncomfortable. The wifi was non existent in the room. I complained twice but nothing was done. The walls are so thin you hear the neighbours conversations. I ate fish and chips in the restaurant and had sickness and diarrhoea for 24hrs after. This is a terrible hotel I would definitely not stay again which is a shame because the potential is there to make it a much better place to stay.

Unspoiled Paradise

Staying here was a real taste of true Thai Island life. We upgraded our room to a cabin on the front with a sea view, due to having a 2 year old we wanted that convenience. On day one we jumped straight into the sea for a swim, it was warm and idyllic turquoise blue. The food was exceptional! I can honestly say it's the best pineapple rice I've ever had! Actual toast and butter for breakfast, omelettes, pancakes and my Asian husband enjoyed the minced pork and eggs. A real treat. We rented a motorbike easily, there is no grab on the island. There are a few restaurants and shops in walking distance too. Thank you for having us stay at your beautiful sea breeze house. Joy, Thang & Bao

Comfortable, clean, well equipped

The host was so friendly! We rented a scooter and we lost a key, she then drove across the whole island to get us a spare key. Also the room was very clean and it looked like new. Also, the TV had Netflix which was a nice add-on

After coming from ao nang it was so quiet and beautiful. Gorgeous front sea side property. People say you can’t swim there. But it’s an island it’s tidal. You can have a dip if you want in the afternoon. Muddy but you can do it. The lady that runs the property is so accommodating unfortunately didn’t get her name, she works to make everyone feel welcomed. Food is good cocktails are good. It’s out of the way but there is a family mart close by that sells wine. We had a great time there. The rooms are beautiful and so clean. Pillows and mattress are comfy fridge and kettle l with a fridge. We loved it

Excellent hotel. I liked it very much. Excellent location, silence and the opportunity to be in touch with nature. Everything is natural, clean air, the sound of the surf and all this is in this beautiful place. I would like to say thank you to the hotel staff. Lovely people, very friendly and nice. Superb

The rooms were beautiful and clean , big comfortable beds and had all the amenities you needed, including a tv with Netflix and a minibar ! The views on the property are absolutely stunning and there is also an on-site restaurant. Owner is extremely kind , we rented a bike and she sorted out our transfer to our next destination. It was also my boyfriends birthday so they kindly wrote a birthday message in flowers on the bed !

I have seen a lot of complaints about the fact that you can’t swim from the property because of low tides, but this is the same all round the island. And also it is not in the description that there is a private beach so we weren’t bothered by this as we knew what we had booked! There are so many beaches on the island to swim from as well !

awesome view, very clean and neat (they offer to clean your room everyday and offer two bottles of water daily and replenish your coffee and tea supply), big room and comfortable bed! lovely and helpful staff, 2 min away from convenient store and other restaurants. Very good wifi, TV has youtube and netflix. Very tranquil! Short walk to View Point.

The lady who owns this place was very kind and helpful. Located in a very quite place. You can take a trip to nearby islands with a long-tail boat. A trip to Hong island from this place is absolutely amazing. Don't miss it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this accommodation and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The rooms were equipped with simple yet high-quality amenities, and cleanliness was top-notch. I especially loved having Netflix in my room, which made for a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The view from the garden was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking vistas of the surrounding islands. Renting a scooter was a great way to explore the area, and the on-site restaurant served some of the most delicious food and cocktails I've ever had. Best of all, there was no noise, just the peaceful sounds of birds and the gentle breeze. The locals were very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. All in all, a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay in a paradise away from mass tourism. Highly recommended!

Heavenly

The view from Sea Breeze is incredible! It was so relaxing to sit by the shore with 180 degree views. This island has a relaxed feel to it, and you can’t help but absorb this pace of life. The hotel offers everything you need: laundry/trips/scooter hire/food and drinks/pick up service from the pier. we took advantage of renting a scooter which is a brilliant way to explore the island. The hotel is walking distance from a shop and several restaurants. Our room was really big with plenty of space to store our bags. We also really appreciated the mosquito screens!

A lot of beds in Thailand have hard mattresses, and this one was a bit hard for our tastes.
