Amazing facilities and friendly staff - would highly recommend!

Gorgeous beachside stay on Koh Yao Noi, would recommend! Had amazing facilities - lovely pool, swing and massage facilities on the beach, and an amazing restaurant, as well as bikes to rent to explore and get around the island. The staff were so helpful and friendly, gave us free water on arrival as well as plenty in the fridge, and offered to help to arrange tours to local islands with private longtail boats. The food in the restaurant was lovely authentic thai, had breakfast and dinner here - and they also offer lunch, and also sold snacks and refrigerated drinks in case you wanted extra. All in all a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

This is such a lovely area to escape Phuket We both absolutely loved Koh Yao Noi The room was really nice, stunning views of the sea Loads of water/ tea and coffee in the room Staff were very pleasant Good shop stocking some nice snacks

A very nice resort on a beautiful island

This is a really nice resort on a beautiful island. We had a very enjoyable stay at the Seaview bungalows and can thoroughly recommend this place. The bungalows were comfortable and clean. The beach next to the resort was really quiet and an ideal place to relax.

Amazing location and incredible staff

The sea front bungalow was right on the beach and had a spectacular view. Especially at sunrise. Everything was clean and comfy. What made our stay so good was the hospitality of the staff, so kind and helpful. They pre called a taxi for us because they knew we had to take a boat to Phuket and were late for it and even gave us some snacks for the trip 🥹 Recommended 100%

Great bungalows for a family stay in Koh Yao Noi.

Great little bungalow on Koh Yao Noi. Simple and clean bungalows, that were cleaned daily. Owners and local staff all super friendly, we had some nice chats with them. Great pool and gardens for the kids, they loved exploring and running around. Good value and yummy food for breakfast and dinner available.

They are doing small touch ups to other bungalows because it was low season when we stayed, but that didn’t bother us. The local guys even got my girls some coconuts from a tree and gave to them as a gift.

The bungalow ac did not cool and we needed a fan in the ac room. Low season restaurant closes early so had to explore outside for food.

Seafront Bungalow Stay

We enjoyed the location alot along with the beautiful view! The staff were extremely friendly and helped us with everything. The bikes for rental are in very good condition and the tour company we booked with through the bungalow for the full day island hopping experience was excellent value for money.

We chose the fan seafront bungalow which infact had two fans but it was still very hot inside. Lastly there were a few cockroaches in our room and a tokay gecko which wasn't great.

Tranquil location, lovely rooms and staff

The property was in a beautiful location right next to the beach. We loved the sunrise over the ocean in the morning followed by delicious breakfast with the most lovely staff. A short walk to restaurants and we were able to hire bicycles to get around the island.

Best place I’ve been in Thailand!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this charming and welcoming property. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the place felt like a genuine home away from home. Overall, the value for money here is excellent. I genuinely preferred staying at this authentic and peaceful property over the many more expensive and touristy options in the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a more personal and enriching travel experience. What made the experience even more special was the fact that it’s run by a local family who were incredibly kind, warm, and attentive throughout my stay. Their sincerity and hospitality really stood out—they were always available and willing to help with anything we needed. They offered scooter rentals at a very affordable price, which made exploring the area so convenient. On top of that, they kindly prepared breakfast early for us on days when we had to leave early, which we truly appreciated. One of the highlights of the stay was a boat tour to the nearby islands that they organized for us. It was an exciting and memorable experience, all at a very reasonable cost.

A lovely stay at Koh Yao Seaview Bungalows

The bungalow was very spacious and clean and there were wonderful views across Phang Nga Bay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was great to have the pool, especially as the tide went so far out in the afternoon.

The bed was just too hard and was quite uncomfortable. I would say that while it was in a lovely rural location, you might find it a bit remote if you don't ride a motorbike.

Great but if the beach had been clean it would have been amazing

The rooms were lovely. Staff were very helpful and sweet when I was stung by something. Organised taxis and made sure they arrived, even at 530 one morning.

Everything about the stay was great except the beach was awful. I was expecting this paradise white beach but it was littered with rubbish. I could have accepted the natural waste ie sticks etc but when there was loads of plastic waste. It was so disappointing. It would not take much for a member of staff to rake the beach every day. I wouldn't stay again for this reason.

Beautiful family run beach side bungalows offer peace and tranquility and a cracking onsite restaurant

We stayed two nights in two different bungalows, a pool view followed by a beach view. Both were spotlessly clean easily meeting western standards (which we find is not always the case in Thailand) and the resort provided a kettle, water, tea, coffee and coffee mate which were really appreciated. There were also mosquito nets above the beds and a fridge. The place is family run and the family are absolutely adorable, I injured my hands during my stay and they were so kind, bringing me ice and a plate of fruit to cheer me up. The on-site restaurant is excellent and they are happy to make adapt spice 🌶️🌶️🌶️ levels to suit your palette- Thai Spicy for us! The food was so good we even returned whilst staying at another resort. Koh Yao Noi is a largely Muslim Island, so finding beers can be trickier than in the rest of Thailand but this resort has a self service beer fridge with reasonable prices. The resort is set back from the road so we found it blissfully quiet and the beach is perfect for walking along!

Beautiful location right next to the beach. Great breakfast and lovely staff. We did the 3 islands tour and ended up having our own private long tail boat - it was amazing. Very relaxed and chilled out vibe (make sure to go for a room with AC!!).

Lovely view from bungalow and nice pool. Great spot but not much to do around as low season. A few shops and restaurant 5-10 min walk away at pier. Restaurant food was delicious . Beach bar next door which serves great jaffles but closed at 7 for dinner

Staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful! They upgraded us to the sea view bungalow from garden view which was just awesome. We were able to see the sunrise and chill at night on the patio having beer. One of the lady gave us lots of fruits and coconut cake. At night, we found cockroaches in bathroom and told the girls at the front desk. They did not hesitate to catch and released in their garden and apologised us. We spent a whole time really happy. Takao bar just next door has really nice Thai food too!

Magical place

Great little resort, nice pool, beautiful beach, super friendly staff. The family rooms are very spacious, with nice big balconies. Every evening the gorgeous Hornbill birds arrived. The low tide is nice to explore, with hundreds of crabs, and even sea stars. Was a magical stay.

-Staff were so helpful and welcoming. Literally felt like you were part of the family. -Beautiful bungalow with a nice decking and air dryer. -On the beach, although it’s like mud rather than sand -Free water -Able to hire a scooter from the hotel

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is so nice and welcoming, the food was amazing and we even came back for breakfast the day after checking out. The beach bungalow was amazing for the sunrise view. We had one with 2 fans and it wasn’t too hot at night for us. I’d give 9,5/10! Would definitely come back if we travel in Thailand again in the future.

The beds are quite hard, which isn’t uncommon for SE Asia. The bungalows would be perfect if the mattress was more comfy. Also, the resort is a bit far from the center so you need a scooter or taxi to go shop or try other restaurants. That wasn’t a very big deal for us because we liked the ride and views, plus motorbikes are available on site so can’t complain!

A pleasant stay on a beautiful little island.

Quiet and beautiful location within walking distance to a little village. Stunning bay and sunrise view - sunrise definitely should not be missed. Lovely breakfast on site. Moped rental and tour booking on site - we booked a fantastic private, long boat trip. We rented bikes for a day to explore, the island is so clean and beautiful - this was definitely a highlight. We took a short walk (approx 1 km) each evening down to a little village for dinner and drinks. Roads were quiet and safe to walk along.

We had booked 2 rooms as we are a family of 4, on arrival we were told that the rooms were not beside each other. We then had to pay to upgrade for 2 rooms beside each other. When leaving during the day there is no option to leave the AC on in the room unless you leave the key in the room and the door open. With the humidity it made the rooms quite uncomfortable on return as they took a while to cool down. As per previous reviews there is only beer and soft drinks available to purchase so if you want other options bring them with you; there is a fridge in the room. The swimming pool is a salt water pool and is not chilled so we only used it once.
