Avoid this place

The location of the hotel is not correct. We wanted to book a hotel next to the ocean. The hotel has two locations listed on the booking.com map. We arrived at the location listed by the owner and booking.com and there was no hotel in this area. The owner said it was okay to get a refund, they now changed his mind and decided to keep our money

The accomodation is unique, beautiful rooms nestled in beautiful gardens within the jungle in a lovely quiet area. The hosts are AMAZING. So helpful, and so keen to help us explore the Laek Sam area. Wonderful kayaking, national parks, caves, amazing seafood, the most beautiful Temple, in a truly unique small town setting. Almost no tourists so it feels like the real Thailand! The owner and staff were so wonderful. Attentive to our needs and introduced us to many new Thai foods. They even loaned us mopeds to use. 100% recommend if you're keen to be off the beaten path and see some incredible Thai lifestyle and wonderful people.

Memorable place!

The owner and his staffs are very attentive. Always on top of your concerns or requests. I cannot thank you enough for his kindness and for allowing us to do the late check-out.

The conflict of a drop pin in Booking.com and Google map, and a small deviation of its business name are not in sync. Be sure to get there in the broad daylight, and have a contact number handy in case you need to make a phone call for directions.

If you are after a rustic, charming place with staff that have hearts of gold this is it.

Amazing service to cook us a variety of food to try local Thai foods. Rustic place, charming decor and possibly the friendliest Staff I’ve stayed with in Thailand in many years here. Our friends were booked elsewhere and had their accommodation cancelled, Lanlay took them in and adjusted on the spot. Many thanks!!

Lanlay liegt etwas außerhalb, und es war etwas schwierig, dich Frühstück zu organisieren. Der Besitzer war sehr bemüht, guten Service zu bieten. Die vom ihm organisierte Bootstour in der Bucht mit einem einheimischen Bootsfahrt war ganz hervorragend und ein phantastisches Erlebnis.

Scam

Boka inte detta!!! Det fanns inget att gilla med detta boendet. Tydligen finns det två hotell med samma ägare, så dom tog in oss på det första hotellet som dom kallar "Villa somkid" på bookingshemsida. Det ligger absolut inte vid någon strand, utan precis vid en motorväg. Rummen va fulla med råttskit och luktade unket. Ingenting stämmer överens med bilderna eftersom det va ett helt annat ställe. Dörrarna va där stora glipor i så där va fullt med mygg. Skulle inte rekommendera någon att boka dessa och förstår inte hur booking kan ha båda "hotellen" kvar på sin hemsida. Vi åkte direkt därifrån då ägaren ej ville hjälpa oss och vi absolut inte ville stanna där!
