We would stay here again in a heartbeat - this stay was worth the money for the views alone.

The view is unbeatable, and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Easily the most comfortable beds that we had while travelling around Thailand. We stayed in December over Christmas and at around 6:00pm, all of the hornbills would fly by, which was so special to watch. Breakfast every morning with mango sticky rice and a fresh smoothie was delicious.

A highlight of our trip! Cozy stay, unreal view from the room, especially at sunrise. Great value.

The view is unmatched. The staff were so kind, the lovely breakfast everyday was filling. I loved that they had scooters on site for us to use for the day. The rooms are spacious. Had AC which was a plus. Everything was clean!

Nothing. Keep in mind, it is on a hill if mobility is an issue. And you are in nature, so you may see or hear a gecko in your room, but they don’t bother you :)

Amazing location, view, breakfast, staff, cleanness!

Small holes not fixed in the mosquito net of the bed, but there was a free mosquito repellent available in the room, so I didn't have any issues. And during my visit in January, I didn't see many mosquitos (maybe 1-2 max , but it didn't bother me)

An unforgettable stay in nature

This is truly a magical place, with breathtaking views and a wonderful atmosphere. In the evening you fall asleep to the sound of cicadas, and in the morning you are awakened by beautiful hornbill birds. It is a peaceful and quiet place with very kind staff and amazing breakfasts. We couldn’t have chosen a better place, and if we ever return, we will definitely stay here again.

Loved everything. The staff were lovely, kind and helpful. The room was exceptional. Even better than the photos and the cleanest we've encountered on our 6 week trip. The bathroom was sparkling! Comfy bed, and we could sleep in (after waking up to watch the sunrise every day!), because it was so quiet. Breakfast with that amazing view was delicious and beautifully presented. We rented a scooter from here which was the best way to explore the island. 10/10

Peaceful and Picturesque beachfront trip

This hotel was tranquil and beautiful. The staff were mostly friendly (a bit of indifference from some but not rude at all). The room was great and the view was superb. The bathroom included a shower and toilet in the same room so you could really only use it one person at a time or else you’d get wet. The breakfast was amazing and the location is the best on the island in my opinion. Near a yoga resort and some of the best restaurants on the island. Recommend 100 percent.

Wish the shower had a curtain around it so we could use the toilet and bathroom separately.

Peaceful stay in a lovely wooden cabin

Lovely cabin on the hillside with large balcony surrounded by jungle and ideal for those that enjoy being immersed in nature. Restaurants shops and beach within walking distance. Location is very Peaceful. Freshly preparec breakfast every morning.

We loved our stay here but did not anticipate the loud sounds of insects and lizards at night and they also visited our room so be aware you are right in nature!

Really beautiful. The staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating. They helped us out when all the atms on site went offline, going above and beyond to help us. The property is gorgeous and clean, breakfast is delicious and fresh. You can rent scooters from there also to zip around the island. 10/10

Disrespectful behavior

The Location was good and the breakfast and house was clean all the time

We didn't like how disrespectful one of the managers was. There was a little accident with a broken fan and he brought it in the middle of the restaurant when we were eating breakfast and started to blame us for the incident. We did say that yes we put one pair of shorts at the top of the fan to let it dry but he just said that you need to pay now 1000 bath in very disrespectful and angry voice tone.

Stunning views, good velue and perfect privacy!

A stunning property with views that are the stuff dreams are made of. We stayed in Yai - super spacious, very private and worth the little incline from the reception/dining area to get there. The breakfast / front of house staff were extremely friendly and helpful, although the cleaning staff were unusually not keen to smile or say hello whenever we tried to greet them. But they did a great job keeping the room looking spic-and-span and the breakfast was fine (simple choices, but delicious smoothies and the mango with sticky rice was a lovely added touch). Highly recommended and we would definitely return.

Beautiful location, stunning views.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Scooter hire onsite was very easy and cheap, they literally just gave us the keys and we paid at the end of our stay. Overall a very quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Our bed was hard and could feel the springs, although our friends who stayed in the more expensive rooms said theirs were great. I didn't like that the housekeepers moved all our stuff around when they were cleaning.

Lovely little cottages surrounded by nature, with views of the islands. The breakfasts (included in the price of the room) were superb!!! The staff were wonderful! Be aware that there is a steep hill to walk to the villas we were in, but that’s what you need to do to get the spectacular views from the balcony. Exceptionally clean. Very good value ❤️

Great views in the hills

The views are amazing. You will be able to see lots of birds and the flowers surrounding the property are fantastic. It’s a bit further from the main restaurant areas but easily accessible by bike. We liked the nearby Bayview and other restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was great despite lack of tea options. Staff were helpful with organising with pier drop off

Unfortunately the mattresses were a real let down. We stayed 2 nights in Lek and 1 night in Glenk. The first mattress was way too hard and the next one too soft. It could use a bit more lighting in the room and the shower drain caused the bathroom floor to stay wet. Compared to the pricing of other places we booked we feel like the value for money isn’t on par. If you’re a light sleeper bring earplugs as the birds are quite noisy at night.

Hillhouse was the highlight of our trip! The place if beautiful and quiet, so many animals to see. But the best part was the staff, so welcoming and friendly. They took care with every detail and the boat tour with don was amazing! The breakfast made us happy to wake up early :) we would definitely stay here again and again when in Koh Yao Noi!

Overall we really loved our stay at Hill House.

The location was incredibly beautiful, the views breathtaking. The staff were friendly and the hotel was so close to the beach and a lot of nice restaurants. The room itself was lovely and really clean.

There were no ACs in the rooms, only Fans, which made it a bit hot at night and the shower was kind of just a showerhead facing the toilet.

Paradise

Hillhouse was a dream come true. The staff were excellent and made our stay as fun and comfortable as possible. They often checked in with us and made accommodations to suit our plans. The location had a fantastic view, including a hammock facing the sunrise over the ocean. The room met all of our needs and the AC was well worth the extra fee. Breakfast was delicious and the scooter rentals available made getting around both easy and fun. Mr. Don was a wonderful guide and took us out on his boat to see the surrounding islands, this was the highlight of our trip!

Welcome to paradise !

Everything was perfect ! Hard to find a better place to stay in... the view is incredible. There is no proximity with the other bungalows so you feel completely alone surrounded by the nature (many calaos during sunset).. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Thailand including a fresh smoothie made every morning. And the bungalows are really clean and comfortable Welcome to paradise! + of course, the family owning the place is truly lovely!

The incredible staff/owners and the very cute, comfortable and clean bungalows. Waking up and having breakfast to that view is a picture I will keep in my mind forever. Beautiful bungalow set in the jungle with an amazing view of Phang Nga bay. Stayed 3 nights and wish it could have been longer. The staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. Great experience and Our most peaceful stay yet!

Complementary breakfast each morning was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. All the staff were super kind and welcoming. The staff trained by boyfriend to use the scooter and were very helpful on giving us recommendations on what to do on the island. they dropped us to the pier when leaving. The family all speak English and they provide more less everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great experience and highly recommend for a peaceful stay
