We had a lovely stay, thank you and would return.

We provided our own breakfast as it wasn't included in the price. There are enough shops nearby for any vitals hou may need. The accommodation had a toaster, large fridge, kettle etc. The room was spotless and the family who ran the business could not do more for us. They were lovely.

The only point worth mentioning is it is in a location where you need transport. The nearest restaurant is a good 10mins walk away.

What an amazing place amidst greenery

From the beginning to check out we had an amazing experience. I was in touch before arrival for taxi and scooter arrangements. The location was great, in a quiet area, the road is not very busy. We recieved tips on where to go and even found a very quiet beach! Thanks lB and Team for making our stay unforgettable. The key card is needed for the rooms AC which cools the place down very fast. The fridge is always on and runs without the key card unlike in many other places. Oh and I also love, that they have shampoo and shower gel dispensers! The only improvement I would suggest is to have a water dispenser/filter so one doesn't need to buy plastic bottles ;-)

I didn't like it much

Comfy bed. Staff member Ha was friendly and they organised a scooter and taxis for me. It's nice to hear the frogs after the rain.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but this is the least favourite place I have stayed at in Thailand. Strange, soul-less feeling. It's not really close to much- if going again I would have stayed either towards the north or south of the island. If you're expecting breakfast after reading other reviews, they are not doing breakfasts at the moment due to staff shortage - that was disappointing. Rooms are modern, clean but lots of ants. Expensive.

Perfect tranquil island getaway!!

Lovely couple that own the bungalows, they are so friendly and helpful! The bungalow seemed newly built, it was very clean and spacious. Had everything you needed! AC was really good and shower pressure. There was a fridge, kettle and they topped up your water and towels. Little balcony area to sit on. And if you are lucky you will get a visit on your balcony from their cute cat!! Also the place was so tranquil and quiet, set in nature, really relaxing. Location is great, as its so central, by scooter you don't have to drive more than 10- 20 mins to get to either side of the island and to beaches. I think the most we drove is 20 mins to a beach. You can rent a scooter for 250baht a day. No issues with the scooter. And they also offered taxi service to our pier when we left which was 300 baht. We loved our stay, we didn't want to leave, we would definitely come back again!

everything - everything is perfect, you’re around a 5 minute drive from the nearest restaurant, its best up top of the island for food. and go south for the beaches. scooters were 250b per day which is reasonable considering it’s the only way you can get about, they’re are two gorgeous cats and if you stay in 101 expect the brown cat to be sleeping on the outside chairs waiting for lots of love. only noise you hear is the crickets and what not at night but i enjoy that. just absolutely beautiful, we will be back, have no idea when but we will definitely be back. staff are amazing

would just like some hand soap in the bathroom and the bed was a tiny bit too hard for me

I would stay again

Nice, calm and well-maintained place. We enjoyed our stay there. Double rooms are still brand new, so everything looks good and is functional. The room is well designed, it had everything we needed. It was clean. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure in the shower. Beach blankets available. FYI bungalows stand separate but have a terrace facing common area and no "kitchen" (= outside sink). Double rooms are newer and have an amazing terrace facing garden, but you have neighbours and it could be annoying if they are too loud (we were lucky).

Not very good WiFi in a twin room (nr.105). To have a motorbike is a must. It's far away from everything. You can rent it at the property. Small things: It would be nice to have a cutting board and a sharp knife there. Also a rack for hanging wet clothes and a fan on terrace would be great! Outside chairs were not comfortable for longer sitting, very hard.

Calm Thailand relax

Clean and comfortable rooms, very helpfull and kind host. You can buy delicious breakfast for every morning and rent a motorbike directly from them. Apartament is within 10-15 min on motorbike from shop or beach so good to have one rented. Overall very clean, calm and quiet place where you will have privacy without crowd.

Fantastic place!

We stayed in room 101, it’s absolutely beautiful, everything is very modern and super sparkling clean, the air conditioning is fantastic! The lady that helps the owner is super friendly and always had a nice little chat with us, the owner is one of the nicest hosts we had in 6 weeks so far of traveling. The gardens are beautiful and very well kept, it’s quite and peaceful. You’ll need a motorbike to get around from here, you can rent for little cost. Left there feeling totally satisfied and our hearts full.

very beautiful and peaceful setting. absolutely immaculate rooms. wonderful welcome from host (he and his wife are delightful people) they are so kind and attentive and treated us so wonderfully. chalet was very high spec, spotlessly clean and very modern. rooms are comfortable, shower is lovely (try the mist setting on the shower head - it was bliss) we were welcomed with a fresh coconut drink, they served us delicious fruit from their own garden (which is huge and absolutely gorgeous) breakfast was delicious and freshly made, if you mention a food you enjoy they surprise you with it - even after a hard days work. they are the loveliest couple. we would sit on the terrace at night and watch the fireflies dance over the acres of trees and sweet smelling flowers. the island itself is gorgeous and the restaurants nearby are very reasonable and delicious with very friendly staff. I would return to this place in a heartbeat. comfortable, secure very clean and very very peaceful. we definitely found a piece of heaven in Koh Yao Yai.

amazing spot, so relaxing, highly recommended!

Amazing hidden gem right in the heart of nature. The owners are also very nice people, trying to make you feel the best. About the bungalow: You have everything you need in there, very good Aircon, nice shower, comfortable bed, terrace, tv working place, incredible good wifi internet (fiber). Also it's positioned so good on the island making it easy to access both south and north side. I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay which I am very thankful for.

The best place to stay in the island!!!! The room (small house) was super clean, very comfortable, location was perfect- cozy, quiet and beautiful. We rent a motorbike from host for very affordable price. What's more, the host of this place was the most kind person we have met. Always smiling, ready to help and also very happy to treat guest with some fruits and coconuts from the garden. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

This place is the right one for you if you’re looking for a quite place in the middle of the green dschungle next to great beaches. We had a great bungalow, very modern and comfortable. Our host was so nice and friendly, on our last day he drove us to the pier and we could rent a scooter for a good price at his place.

Wunderschöne, ruhige Unterkunft mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Tolles, sehr sauberes Bungalow mitten im Grünen und in wunderschöner Natur. Sehr ruhig gelegen und mit ausreichend Privatsphäre. Nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Bett ist super bequem, die Dusche sehr gut. Rollerverleih direkt vor Ort. Auch die Weiterreise wurde problemlos organisiert.

Die Abholung vom Pier durch den Gastgeber war mit 300 Baht relativ teuer. Gerade bei der abgelegenen Lage der Bungalows wäre ein günstigerer Transfer wünschenswert gewesen.

Petit déjeuner suffisant en ce qui me concerne, mangeant très peu le matin; 2 toasts grillés, beurre, confiture et fruits sont offerts, ou en supplément selon la formule, ce qui était mon cas par Booking.com; Compter 100B Des œufs frais/ saucisses sont aussi proposés. Location de scooters sur place, parfait pour les déplacements. Compter 200/250B selon état.

Pomocny, przyjazny personel. Domek czysty, komfortowy. Trochę na uboczu więc musisz wsiąść na skuter. Jest gdzie jechać: kilka pięknych plaż, restauracje i sklepiki, dwa 7-11 ;). Na Koh Yao Yai można zaznać prawdziwego lokalnego życia. Ośrodek proponuje wiele udogodnień np. śniadania, orzechy kokosowe, pralnię, skutery, taxi...

Fijn om hier te verblijven, vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaren, rust, comfort, hygiënisch,zeer goede prijs kwaliteitsve

De ligging, midden op het eiland. De hele schone kamers elke dag werd de kamer schoongemaakt. Ook het voordeel is dat je s nacht lekker kan slapen geen last van verkeer of harde muziek in de buurt.En uiteraard de hele vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaars.

+ geräumiges, sauberes und modernes Zimmer + top Ausstattung + ruhig und im grünen gelegen (mit Roller alles gut zu erkunden) + sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber + haben unkompliziert um 3 Nächte verlängert + auf Wunsch wird Frühstück serviert, welches man auf seiner eigenen Terrasse genießen kann + Wäscheservice

- nichts :) - außer, dass wir in unserem Zimmer mit 4 Geckos lebten (ist aber normal in Thailand und nicht der Rede wert)

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in modernem Bungalow in ruhiger Lage

Schöne Umgebung, wer Ruhe sucht, bekommt sie hier. Moderner Bungalow. Sehr nettes Servicepersonal und süße Katzen laufen dort rum. Es gab frische Kokosnüsse aus dem eigenen Garten und wir wurden am Abreisetag zur Pier gefahren.
