Spacious, clean and private bungalow, with a nice ocean view. Staff are friendly and food/drinks are always fresh and delicious. They make it easy for guests to book tours and transport.
This is not a luxury property, but bathroom and toiletries could be a little better.

The staff was very nice
Our bungalow, the family bungalow, was unfortunately very close to some kind of creeks with dirty water, so a little smelly and soooo many mosquitoes. And then there is a road very very close to.
The bungalow is very open so there is a lot of animals inside the house, like frogs and big reptiles and offcause mosquitoes.

Great location and rustic feel
Our bungalow was right at the top and very steep. Not suitable for my partner who had bad legs

Staff is very nice - very helpful. Location is great and the architecture of the bungalows is well designed.
Restaurant was overpriced for ok food. No AC in the rooms.

It was better than the pictures. I think they should update them, because in reality my room was much nicer. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was good.
The room was very dark, even with all the lights on and the curtains fully open. Also, to use the toilet and shower you need to go downstairs, and the steps are quite large and widely spaced, so you need to be very careful. I wouldn’t recommend it for older people or those with mobility issues.

Excellent location next to the sea, a good choice of lovely seashore, sea view and garden bungalows. Plenty of restaurants nearby if you fancy a change from eating at sabai corner.
The bed was too hard.

Really lovely traditional Thai style wooden huts and treehouses, right on the beach, with a lovely bar and restaurant available on site.
I booked a family hut as it was the only one left, but it was super spacious, very clean, comfortable beds, with mosquito nets and fans and traditional Thai style block printed fabrics on the beds. Hammock and seating area outside and the hut was directly facing the ocean so you could hear the waves from the hut.
The food at the restaurant was very good ( I did have the yogurt and fruit one morning and the yogurt was very sour but that was the only negative!) Always staff on site for any questions and they were super attentive, helpful and polite always. Bang opposite a great Thai massage place, Lotus massage, as well. I only had 1 night here which I was gutted about as I would have stayed here the whole week if I had known.
There is no air con so if thats your thing then you night not like. It's also very simple and traditional which I personally love but if you want more of your modern comforts then it might not be for you.

We had a sort of private little home which seen from the outside it beautiful, very big (it also had a kitchen we didn't use) and the rooms are pretty big. It has a lot of potential but it definitely needs some adjustments to be better. Location though was great, and check in was good.
It's not very well looked after which is a shame as it does have great potential, but it is kind of what I expected considering the price we paid for a night.

The place, the staff, the atmosphere, the room, the view, the restaurant... should you ever travel to. Koh Yao Noi, this is the place you wanna stay at :) I don't write many of these, but when I do, I mean it. Lovely place!
The fact I only could stay two nights :)

The nature and animals, the balcony area with hammock, resort layout (the beachfront bungalow is placed really nicely), the AC is placed over the bed which is helpful instead of facing the bed as usual, the staff were helpful and accomodating to our needs, the location is good with nice beaches and restaurants within walking distance (>5mins) and a convenience store located at about 15mins walk. But keep in mind that the main shop+restaurant town area is on the other side of the island (~1h walk or 10min drive). The beach in front of the hotel is amazing at high tide, but low tide reveals a lot of harsh rocks creating a mucky landscape.
Bathroom is really bad: shower pressure is nonexistent, mosquitoes are a problem as it's outdoor, the bathroom feels like a basic, open beach shower. The restaurant at the hotel is below average quality of dishes and ingredients as well as inconsistent portion sizes. The bungalows are very nice and well built, but not very spacious inside, no sitting area other than the bed or the floor (beachfront bungalow), steep steps to get to the bed and the bathroom, and the bed is not comfortable (they offer bed toppers upon request and it helped).

A beautiful location with stunning views across Phang Nai Bay. The jungly vibe with wooden bungalows and dining area has a great relaxed feel and is a lovely place to chill out. The Thai menu and the staff are really helpful, relaxed and friendly. Would definitely love to visit again.
The bungalow was quite dark inside and the aircon unit very noisy (perhaps this was just our bungalow).

The staff were lovely! very friendly and helpful. The bungalow was simple but lovely, with a great terrace and hammock where I enjoyed relaxing. The food at the restaurant was excellent. I really enjoyed my stay!
My bungalow was quite close to the road, so I could hear every motorbike passing by, and there were also some renovations nearby. There was no Wi-Fi reception in my room at all - it didn’t bother me, but it’s worth mentioning.

Amazing location, amenities were clean and well thought.
The restaurant was beyond amazing, excellent menu and the food was delicious. Homemade bread and yoghurt, real crepes. Western and Thai options.
Staff was very nice and helpful, always happy to help.
Beds were quite hard but nothing unbearable.

Great location right on the beach with a picture perfect view of Phang Nga Bay. It’s walkable to some good places to eat and hangout too. I loved the space in the room and the treehouse feel with the hammocks to relax in. Really good value for money considering the location and how immersed in nature you are.
The room could have been a little cleaner, some of it was mainly due to bugs as you’re right on the edge of the forest which can’t be helped.

The location is perfect. There are a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance and several Thai massage places too. The beach to the north is lovely for eating and stopping for a drink, the beach to the south is sandy and great for relaxing in the day.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful! Nothing is too much and they will always greet you with a smile.
The food is delicious with a good number of vegetarian and vegan options as well as Italian and English food if you’re feeling like you need a reminder of home!
The view is spectacular and the bungalows are gorgeous!
You can organise a boat trip directly from the hotel and the prices are very reasonable paying per boat rather than per person - we shared with a French family and had an amazing day!
They were doing road works which disturbed the peace a little bit but the hotel told us they hadn’t been notified about this so it’s not really their fault.
The bed was a little firm for our liking.

Location. And a nice hammock to relax and enjoy the view.
The room itself was nice, but the bathroom was quite basic considering the room rate. For example, it would be good to have somewhere to hang your clothes when taking a shower, and some of the outdoor lights didn’t seem to work. The restaurant also seemed overpriced compared to other places nearby.

We had four people in our group and loved that we each had our own sleeping space. The kitchen was nice to have (although we didn’t use it). And the outdoor spaces were everywhere. Lots of shared space to hang out in also. We also loved that we just started a tab at the restaurant for our room and paid it at the end.
Absolutely no fault of the property, just an fyi that we loved sitting on the front porch, but the mosquitos are intense. Once we got bug spray, it was totally fine!

I absolutely love this place. The bungalows are in a lovely corner of the island, surrounded by nature and with great beaches within walking distance. A very peaceful, private place with amazing views. Food is also great and on the whole staff are very friendly. Have stayed twice and will definitely go back again.

Stayed for 7 days in bungalow.
Loved the balcony area with hammock.
Location is one of the best I saw on the island. In a jungled hill, Situated Between 2 of the best beaches with lots of dining options.
Bike rentals were decent.
Organised pier pickup and drop off.
The room was very cramped even for 1 person. No aircon and it was super hot, despite being in the shade most of the day.
Toilet is outside and a mission at night.
Get a bungalow far from the road and noise or upgrade to aircon room.
Some of the staff were not pleasant. Food was good but overpriced comparatively to places close by.

Beautiful location. Fabulous staff.
Unable to swim. Not the resorts fault. All of this coast is rocky. Lovely beaches when tide is in but rocky underneath.

The owner is super friendly and helpful. Sabai offers old-style Thai charm. Gorgeous location in the jungle overlooking the sea. I had a resident tree frog! :)
Probably not suitable for anyone with mobility issues - it's on a steep slope and my bathroom was below the bungalow, down some stairs.

Because we didn't booked our bungalow by advance, we changed 4 times our bedroom, so I could write a review of half of the place ahah.
First, staff of sabai corner is very nice and professional. They found a solution and upgraded us the first night, cause our bungalow was near by the road and I am very sensitive to noise.
In sabai, You have bungalows for everybody.
Modern with AC near by the sea, more rustic bungalow at the top without AC, very rustic but so charming (and more quiet if you like silence).
The location is fine, also sabai corner rent scooter with is cool if you want to cruise a little.
The road near by (very sensitive to noise, choose bungalows at the top of the hill)

We really enjoyed the value for money of the place. It was well located with friendly staff and a perfect place for a budget getaway. I would be happy to recommend it to anyone.
We wanted to make sure we had an air conditioner which is not available in all chalets which resulted in us being close to the road and kitchen which was a little noisy at times.

Was an amazing wooden bungalow tucked away with some privacy in the forest. It was the nicest accommodation I've stayed in on my trip.
The woman that welcomed me immediately tried to upsell me to a more expensive villa in a way that felt ingenuine to me. This was my one small negative. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Cozy and nice bungalows with hammock and chillout area in front of the hut. Many green plants and trees around, sometimes you see some hornbills on the branches. Rooms are very clean. Really good restaurant with delicious food and drinks.
Unfortunately there are many mosquitos around, so prepare your mosquito repellent. :) There is also a mosquito net inside the bungalow.

Sabai Corner is built at the prettiest spot in the island 👌The little beach next to it, views over the sea, the garden.. all make for a magnificent stay & atmosphere. The staff is polite & helpful. Just beatiful surroundings for a quiet & relaxed holiday. We stayed at the newest bungalow, and it's well made with good airco, fan..all comforts.
Most of the days we had breakfast & at least one meal at the restaurant, and we were well satisfied.
Bathroom could be a little cleaner. However, to be fair, we were informed that we can ask anytime for our room to be serviced, which we didn't, so this one is one us 😅
Lots of bugs & mosquitos, but that's to be expected due to the location. Bed mosquito net could be bigger though. As is now, you can't really cover the whole bed and be comfortable with 2 people and not having the net touching you.

A beautiful hut in the forest.

Beautiful eco hut in the forest, you are so close to the tall trees and the toucans that you don't want to leave. Very beautiful quiet island with very hospitable residents. We came for three days and stayed eight.

This hotel is a gem. The bungalows and the lush green forest around, a bar and restaurant next. swinging in a hammock listening to the waves. You can rent either a bike or a motorcycle to see more of the Island or walk short way to find beaches and stores. They arrange pickup from the harbour once you arrive by the ferry or speesboat. The food in their restaurant is so tasty and Great value for the money.
Situated next to the beach and other beautiful beaches nearby. Restaurants, supermarked, massage close by. The Island Even got a 7 11. You can rent a longtail boat and see beautiful Islands like Koh Lao Lading and monkeyislans with a xolony of monkeys living in a tree in an Island

bathroom was separate from the room and somewhat rustic

Great location and lovely bungalows; we had a sea view bungalow and a family room, which was really nice. We loved both.
The food is nice, and the staff are friendly; they arranged a taxi to and from the pier and motorbikes, and they helped us directly when we had a problem with one of the bikes.
When we came home the contacted us since we had lost one of the mobile phones in the car, and they will send the phone with a speedboat tomorrow for us to pick up at the pier; well we have to say that's GREAT service
'We will for sure be back, and this is my 3rd time staying there and my 10th time visiting their restaurants. The best view over Phang nga.
Can highly recommend to go and enjoy the sunset - AMAZING
That we had to check out and travel back to Phuket, where we live :) We could easily stay for another week!
