We had a lovely weekend

A lovely, relaxing stay in a great location… loved it and would happily return.

We loved the area, such a beautiful setting. The property was spacious, comfortable, and very welcoming. The kitchen was really well stocked with everything we needed, which made self-catering easy and stress-free. The hot tub was a fantastic touch and a real highlight of the stay. The hosts were also incredibly accommodating and helpful, which made everything feel easy from start to finish.

If I’m being very picky (and that’s pushing it!), the pillows on the bunk bed were a bit flimsy, and the shower cubicle could have been cleaner. Very minor points and nothing that affected our overall experience.

Tranquil and relaxing flat, hidden down a short lane, that was prefect for my short stay away!

It was stunning! From the beautiful gardens out front and the apple trees lining the path up to the flat, all the way into each and every room within the flat itself. Tastefully decorated and so peaceful and quiet!

It was quite cold in the large bedroom and I couldn’t figure out how to get the radiators to work, but the blankets kept me warm once I was in bed

Cute Historical Property with Modern Amenities and Fun Extras!

Lovely property, clean and comfy. Hot tub and games machine was a great bonus! Hot-tub was very clean. Actually the whole place was spotless. Kitchen (and the whole place) was well equipped. Aesthetic was very nice and tasteful. We could see the history of the place through the way it has been renovated. Very nicely done! Apart from all this, had a lovely host who gave us all the info we needed, along with privacy! Would recommend!

Nothing significant! The sun was shining, so we were able to dry the towels on the washing line, but could have done with a clothes airer if it had been a rainy day. Also got a bit confused with the shower (which was amazing, but let's just say one in our party had a blast with the extra features). Fun times indeed :D But really - no complaints!!

Wonderful relaxing place to stay, it’s stunning!

There was absolutely nothing not to like! Gorgeous flat, great location with all the places we wanted to visit within a maximum 40 minute drive, spotlessly clean, massive comfortable bed (we both had wonderful sleeps), and it had everything you could possibly need for a fantastic stay. The milk and biscuits on arrival were a lovely touch too. Really didn’t want to leave!

A beautiful property and a relax

The host Nicole was amazing. She got in touch before our stay and gave me all of the information I needed. The apartment is beautiful and peaceful, my daughter loved the outside space. Felt relaxed and comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying again!

The property is beautiful there is so much space I was really surprised. It was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Lovely little extras like the game table and book with all of the information about the property and it’s history. They now also have a hot tub for an extra fee.

Beautiful flat with everything you need to just relax. Shops and takeaways very close by.

It had everything you needed. It’s was cosy and set in lovely surroundings. The Pac-Man games were a great addition The hot tub was the icing on the cake

Very spacious, well equipped and quiet property.

This was a very spacious property, nicely situated in a very quiet location. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bed very comfortable and the walk-in shower was a delight. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The only thing missing was soap or body wash for the bathroom. Being of an older generation, we also would have liked to have been met by the owners as they suggested we would be but both these issues are relatively minor.

Absolutely fabulous!

The apartment was big with lots of room. There was a takeaway and a Co-op a brief walk away. Trip hazards were well signposted. Private patio. Nice how there was a full booklet about the history of the property, very informative and interesting. The oven was massive and there was a dishwasher to save having to wash up. The recycling protocol was easy to follow, with separate bins for general, paper and glass. The kitchen was well-equipped. There were plenty of towels. Refurbished to a very high standard.

The shower was a bit difficult to work, the chest-height shower feature risks wetting the floor and spraying you if you are just trying the shower out before stepping in, and there was no pressure gradient to pick from. Having familiarised with it though, I'd probably not have the same issue next time :) Earliest-advised check-in was quite late at 4pm, but we managed to check in a bit earlier than that.

Atmospheric and charming accommodation with an interesting history.

Great location to visit Haworth and Saltaire. The kitchen diner was a perfect place to relax and cook together. Really comfortable beds and the luxurious hot tub was an added bonus!

Shame about the weather but is was the beginning of January and we made the best of it!

We loved our short stay at this property and really appreciated the care given by the hosts.

A wonderful find which we will visit again in the summer. This is an extensive flat with superb facilities and a very thoughtful host who left milk and a box of biscuits to welcome us. A very large safe garden ideal if you take the kids. Superb in every respect.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The property was well described on Booking.com. The area the flat was situated gave good parking, easy access to the rich surrounding area of Keithley and Bradford.

didnt meet owner or representative or note to welcome .Very strong smell of fabric conditioner on towels and bedding.Smell of bacon from oven ,a vegan,veggie,Jew or Muslim would not appreciate this !!!!! The aproach lane was very badly potholed and bumpy..Stone steps leading up to front door should be mentioned for infirm people,as they could slip,especially during damp/wet weather.

very clean and warm!

The kitchen was lovely! The bathroom not so much, the floorboards were very creaky! So much so, that if someone went to the loo through the night the noise woke you up! The bedrooms were nice! ,though but the beds were not comfortable very hard for my personal needs I have a dislocated hip so, the bed made my back ache. There were lots of things for the kids and big kids lol,books (our daughter loved the Beatrix Potter books, they was also lots of board games but some of the pieces were missing and there was also an arcade which we all loved! Also 55 inch smart tv . Since it was Christmas I would have nice if they had been a Christmas tree, but there two outside! The kitchen was well equipped everything you needed was there! Nicole even left us some milk and biscuits The apartment was very warm the heating was on when we got there! thanks We did get a bit lost when we arrived and had traveled from Cambridgeshire so all very tired I tried to phone 3 times but it went straight to voice mail we eventually found the property. Nicole did text me the next morning and apologise it’s just a good job there wasn’t a problem at the property! All in all it was a lovely stay and we enjoyed our stay there. Thanks

Absolutely Excellent

The property is just stunning, well equipped and so spacious. It is also in such a brilliant location for all the local amenities and the local heritage locations. The house was clean and comfortable with an excellent shower. The hosts were welcoming and gave us all the information we needed in advance and left us with tea supplies, just the thing after a long journey. We benefited from the information about the local area walks and attractions provided, the history of the property and little cabinet of artefacts was a brilliant addition to satisfy curiosity. The retro games table, bookshelf and toys were also brilliant to have for those times that we spent indoors. The space is well insulated and ventilated, we weren't cold at all during our stay. The kitchen is large and the appliances all work well. We really enjoyed that plastic cups were provided as an alternative to glass as this came in handy for our young child. The oven is relatively easy to operate, we almost wished we'd bought ingredients to whip up some cakes! The television in the lovely living room area is of a great size and quality. The room is a perfect open space for children to play or adults to relax.

The only thing that I wouldn't miss are the slightly noisy floorboards! Other than that, this property was incredible and we will definitely be looking to return for future visits.

Great stay. Lovely large place with space to relax.

Loved the size of the place. All rooms were large. Bathroom was big and shower was very powerful. The garden was huge, but the poor weather meant we didn’t make full use of it. The free retro games machine was a fab bonus for my son.

The only real issue for us, that we just got on with, were the creaky floors. The kitchen floor was creak free.

A comfortable, relaxing and peaceful stay.

It was in a lovely location. The property was clean and it has been decorated and furnished to a high standard. All the essentials were there but, in the event that anything was missing, the host was always available to help. I hope to stay here again in the future.
