The location was great for Howarth and surrounding areas. If you don’t mind a hill or two, you can walk to and from Howarth with its lovely pubs and restaurants. The house is comfortable and spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are modern and the showers really nice and powerful.
I’m being picky as it wasn’t really an issue, but the oven wasn’t a fan oven. There’s also no dishwasher but again it wasn’t really an issue as we took turns washing up!

Only one minor downside was no downstairs toilet. But I should have read the particulars better.
