The property is well positioned for the town. The two rooms were clean.

One of the rooms had not cups, spoons etc but a kettle, microwave & fridge was provided? Both rooms were clean but there were a number of things in need of repair , handles missing from drawers/ shower as examples.

The room and bathroom were clean and felt quite newly completed. There was a floor fan and a plug in heater in the room. There was plenty of wardrobe space and 2 fold flat chairs in there if you needed seating. The TV was modern and new. The fridge and sink were useful.

The bedframe looked very smart but the mattress was not very good quality as it was the type that created roll together in the middle, very bouncy and looked like it was on a sofabed base , so not a great night's sleep ( the main purpose of booking the room ) . This studio flat has an included description of use of a kitchenette with kettle, toaster , microwave and washing machine which implies these things could be within the room somewhere. In fact they are up a steep set of stairs in a communal kitchen. The kitchen looked clean and new with a washing machine that seemed to be used by a token system but no instructions were visible. There were some plates, bowls and cutlery plus 1 mug available to us to share with the entire house of at least 5 separate rooms and the mug was gone by the morning. So no hot drink was possible. A kettle in the room and 2 mugs would have been an easy, simple addition and resulted in a different review outcome.

This studio apartment was in an excellent location for the Keighley Bus Station, which is what we wanted. We were able to park on road outside it because it was the weekend. The entry code to the front door and our ground floor studio worked fine. Everything in the studio was new and spotlessly clean. It was quiet inside and outside the studio. Communication with the host via Booking.com in advance of arrival and was effective. The free WIFI worked well.

The outside of the property does not show the number or the name of the property so we were uncertain if we were in the right place. The small double bed was uncomfortable and pushed against the wall at one side and the bedding was too warm so we did not sleep well. The description did not mention that the kitchen facilities were communal and upstairs; there was no kettle. The front door caused a problem (my fault - I pressed the wrong exit button) and this could not be rectified as the host was nowhere near the location; this caused me considerable anxiety and upset throughout the stay - perhaps a large notice would be useful by the front door?
