Aire House, Keighley

There was no breakfast but the location of the property is very good as it is central to get to everything that keighley has to offer from drinking and dining and a superb Cinema bus station is handy as well

The room we stayed in lacked facilities to self cater and the beds could do with better pillows as they are uncomfortable for sleeping plus it’s a bit noisy with constant traffic all night long and noise from other rooms

The room was smaller than shown. It woulg have been nice if a kettle, tea, coffee etc was provided. I think the bed could have been pulled away from the wall an extra but slimmer bed side table and lamp would have been nice it was awkward getting out of bed as it was against the wall Other than that it was a comfortable stay.

This studio apartment was in an excellent location for the Keighley Bus Station, which is what we wanted. We were able to park on road outside it because it was the weekend. The entry code to the front door and our ground floor studio worked fine. Everything in the studio was new and spotlessly clean. It was quiet inside and outside the studio. Communication with the host via Booking.com in advance of arrival and was effective. The free WIFI worked well.

The outside of the property does not show the number or the name of the property so we were uncertain if we were in the right place. The small double bed was uncomfortable and pushed against the wall at one side and the bedding was too warm so we did not sleep well. The description did not mention that the kitchen facilities were communal and upstairs; there was no kettle. The front door caused a problem (my fault - I pressed the wrong exit button) and this could not be rectified as the host was nowhere near the location; this caused me considerable anxiety and upset throughout the stay - perhaps a large notice would be useful by the front door?
