There is nothing not to like

The host was communicative and very helpful. Although it isn’t a hotel, they also offered to store my luggage during the day I was exploring the town.

Clean, modern room with comfortable bed. Easy check-in process and good location. The room was quiet and had everything I needed for an overnight stay 🙂

This studio apartment was in an excellent location for the Keighley Bus Station, which is what we wanted. We were able to park on road outside it because it was the weekend. The entry code to the front door and our ground floor studio worked fine. Everything in the studio was new and spotlessly clean. It was quiet inside and outside the studio. Communication with the host via Booking.com in advance of arrival and was effective. The free WIFI worked well.

The outside of the property does not show the number or the name of the property so we were uncertain if we were in the right place. The small double bed was uncomfortable and pushed against the wall at one side and the bedding was too warm so we did not sleep well. The description did not mention that the kitchen facilities were communal and upstairs; there was no kettle. The front door caused a problem (my fault - I pressed the wrong exit button) and this could not be rectified as the host was nowhere near the location; this caused me considerable anxiety and upset throughout the stay - perhaps a large notice would be useful by the front door?
