Amazing apartment 10/10

Super clean.. Value for money.Massive leaving room. Everything walking distance.. Also owner was amazing.. We needed a heater.. Heating had minor issue. He sorted in 15mins. Deffo will book again.

In the centre of Keighley. Good cooking facilities, near large Morrisons. Walking distance from station (including steam railway).

Noisy(but in a town centre, so what do you expect?). No car parking (although near by car park was cheap for 24h). Basic comfort.

A wonderful stay all in all.

The apartment was beautifully clean and the decor and use of a small space was great. It was well equipt. The host was very helpful and quick to reply. It wasn't too noisy considering its right in town. It had great amenities right on your doorstep with lots of take out options. Cliffe Castle, which is free is a stone throw away by car but also a walkable distance, which had fantastic gardens and a park and the Castle itself housed some really interesting ccollections.Skipton and countryside is only s short drive away.

I was a little worried at first about the area as we arrived late in the evening and it seemed a bit rough but we didn't have any problems.

Grace House. Utley

Room was tastefully decorated and clean. Toiletries (even make-up removal pads!),tea,coffee,sugar etc, everything you would need to cater for yourself and cleaning products provided. Bed and settes comfortable. Shower really powerful and water hot. Location very good..loads of cheap pubs nearby! Near bus station if you don't want to drive everywhere. Centrally located for nice days out in Skipton, Bolton priory and Haworth.

Stairs are very steep and would be a struggle for anyone less mobile than us. Quite noisy at night but we were near the pubs on a weekend! It didn't really affect us.

Misleading/poor

In walking distance to the shops and local transport systems. Left washing up liquid and sponges to clean pots.

Everywhere needed a deep clean (windowsills, bedside tables, fridge, lots of dust). You can feel the springs in the mattress, and the fabric was all ripped. Sheets were old and unclean. Key kept getting stuck in the door and wouldn't twist. There is no lock on the bathroom door. Curtains weren't up correctly. Little holes all over the ceiling, and walls. Shower tray leaks.

Ideal for what needed it for!

Tea, coffee etc all provided. Kitchen was great and full of appliances.

It was really cold, even with the heaters on all of the time! A lot of cold air is able to come in through the windows unfortunately.

Clean apartment however, the area was not safe on an evening

The property was clean and reasonably priced lots of facilities within the property. Plenty of cutlery and cooking facilities, however could have done with a full length mirror as there is only a mirror in the bathroom. A couple of friendly local pubs nearby. A fabulous Indian across the road we really enjoyed the Food there. The host of the property was friendly and helpful lots of nice country parks within a short drive.

The area felt dangerous,fighting outside the apartment,people smashing bottles and threatening people with them,people asking you for money. The parking was horrendous. I was concerned about leaving my car. I spent quite a long time trying to find somewhere that was suitable to park the car however once parked, I was worried about it given the area was so bad. I ended up receiving a parking ticket. It was difficult to sleep on both nights as there was a lot of noise and the bed is quite small and soft. There was a lot noise was coming from the other apartment within the building and people going up and down the stairs after having drinks it got quite rowdy. However, I am mindful it was New Year’s Eve that way were there.

Nice flat, responsive landlord.

The flat was modern and well finished. We had an issue with parking but the landlord acted to put things right straight away. A nice place to base your stay from, central to Keighley and walking distance to the Station. Not noisy, and lots of options for food and drink nearby.

Lack of saucepans. no instructions for oven, or heaters. washing machine broken (but there was the option to get washing done in another unit). Whilst the advert says parking is available it doesn't mention how limited it is, or the time limits. We got a ticket for parking as instructed and used the pay and display round the corner for the rest of our stay. To be fair the land lord paid the fine and refunded us the fees. They are disputing the parking issue with the council, so hopefully only a one off issue.

Contact with the owner was really good. He was kind and helpul.

The owner should better mark the number of the flat because we have some problems to find it.
