The fact that it was suitable for what we needed it for. We could come and go as we pleased Eat when we wanted

We had a lovely stay at Natasha’s Hazel’s House accommodation. The property was beautiful and perfectly located for visiting our friends in Keighley. Natasha was a wonderful host and kindly provided drinks and breakfast cereals, which was a lovely and much-appreciated touch. The two bedrooms were spacious and comfortably accommodated the three of us. Natasha was also very accommodating in allowing us to check in early, which meant we could make the most of our day with our friend — something we really appreciated.

Hazel’s house was lovely, spotless and very cosy.

We liked everything about the property

Nice to have the garden to sit in. Natasha was very helpful and responsive. Bedroom ceiling fans very welcome.

We weren’t aware of the steps too the property. We had a heavy dog crate which was a problem. Those with mobility issues may struggle to access the property though very accessible once inside. Could do with some pictures in the rooms to make it feel homely. Lots of road noise.
