Exceptional property in Yorkshire

Location, the property is a 5 minute walk from KWVR Ingrow West station. There is also a bus stop with a regular bus service a short walk from the property. The property was very clean, simple living and beautifully decorated, with all the home from home feel you could get. The entry system into the property is through a keypad on the door/lock and an additional fob is available for ease if you are like me and forget codes! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for your stay, even came with a tea towel and a dish sponge along with washing up liquid. The kitchen leads out onto the beautiful paved garden via double glazed doors. Which is like a little tranquil spot considering the front of the property is on a main road, you don't really hear the traffic. The beds were super comfy and gave a good nights rest. The host was an absolute pleasure and was there for any questions we had. Communication with them is second to none, such a friendly person.

This isn't a gripe at the property, more about mine and my husbands height, I kept forgetting to duck my head on the stairs! But that's a me problem and not a property problem, because the property is absolutely beautiful and boats original charm.

Host was light years ahead with the coded entry, so easy. And directions received beforehand were so clear. Could tell the host had researched what was needed & put allot of thought into. Very professionally done. Was a Suprise find!

Honestly nothing, surpassed expectations. Local towns only a short drive away.

Nicely modernised character property

Very clean and well appointed. All the facilities and items we needed. Very comfortable and plenty of space. Also sympathetically modernised with lots of the original character and elements of an old property

Nothing negative, just a couple of things to be aware of. It is on a main road (although we weren’t bothered by noise) and that is where the parking is. Also you have to be okay with steep stairs as it is on three levels.

This is a clean and modern vacation rental. Excellent location, comfy beds, powerful shower. Our host was friendly and helpful with local info. We never had trouble finding street parking.

The house was finished to a high standard and was very clean.

Host was really responsive and attentive when we encountered a unexpected problem. Perfect property for a long or short stay. The town of Howarth was really nice and is about a 5 minute drive or 40 minute walk away.

Lovely weekend break

Was a great little break and really close to places we wanted to visit. I’ve had a knee replacement so did find the stairs a bit steep but if you’re fully mobile then not a problem!

RELAXING COMFORTABLE STAY

This property is on a busy main road which did concern me upon arrival, but managed to find a place to park with ease, once inside i thought the noise from the road would keep me awake at night as both bedrooms face the main road. I am not used to road noise, but i need not have worried as had good nights sleep every night of my stay

perhaps some user manuals for the appliances like microwave, oven and washing machine, otherwise everything was fine

Beautiful home, full of character!!

Great Central location, quick walk down the road to board the Worth Valley railway. Great communications and all instructions clear & straight forward. Really homely, cosy, immaculately clean and thoughtful added touch of the treats on arrival!!

Mooi appartement met verbeterpunten

De lokatie, dicht bij bushalte en dicht bij halte stoomtrein. Appartement is vrij nieuw, mooi en smaakvol ingericht. Bij aankomst lag er wat lekkers klaar Vriendelijke eigenaar

Keukenuitrusting niet geschikt voor gezin, te kleine pannen. Geen droogrek. Bedden korter dan 2.0 meter. Hele stijlen trappen, geen trapleuning tussen bovenverdieping en de woonkamer. Alleen op de bovenverdieping een toilet. Als je de trap naar de keuken afgaat, hangt de hanglamp te dicht bij de trap, waardoor je hier snel je hoofd tegen stoot.
