Brook House Grange

We had the most wonderful stay at Brookhouse Grange, we can’t thank Graham enough for his hospitality and the house and garden are beautiful.

Easily my favourite place I’ve stayed. Came to Halifax for a concert at the piece hall, thought I’d make a change from the usual hotels & book something that looked really nice. It exceeded all my expectations. The host/owner Graham proved the Yorkshire hospitality I have heard about to be very true, extremely helpful & generous, made me feel at home instantly. The actual cottage house where you stay is very comfortable, all needs will be met with what’s available. Lovely countryside walks around the grounds surrounding the property, not too far away from the Moorlands Inn which was lovely grub & atmosphere, very easy & affordable to book a taxi into Halifax & back. Yorkshire is just amazing all around. Will definitely be coming back!

Nothing to not like. Only disappointment was not getting to meet Harvey the dog I read about on many previous reviews as he had sadly passed away in the recent weeks. Rest In Peace up in doggy heaven Harvey 🙏🏻

Great location. Excellent owner! Fantastic garden. Very relaxing character property.

Gas board were laying new pipelines down the access road which made it a bit tight with a large SUV. However, we managed to get down the road with the help of the contractors without any real problems.
