Superb

Lovely house, really cosy feel to it. One of the best showers I've ever used, water pressure is fantastic.. Nice little patio area at the back worth a wonderful view from the bench, perfect to sit out with a coffee from the VERY posh coffee machine in the kitchen :) Parking straight outside the front door, unfortunately a little awkward on our stay due to roadworks but that's obviously a short term issue. Lovely little pub 2 mins walk which does a fab Sunday dinner too!

Literally the only gripe is that the TV didn't receive any channels, got 2mins of pixellation then an error message. Not a massive issue as it's a smart TV so has Netflix and all the catch up apps to watch live through those. The stairs up to the bedroom are open sided plus the individual steps aren't quite the same height at the bottom so I did stumble slightly on the way down, a handrail would be a useful addition.

The living room was very comfortable. The views from the windows was beautiful. The location really suited us.

I'm afraid you can't do much about the stairs due to the nature of the house, but I was worried about slipping on them with no bannister. Bins in the bathroom and living room would be great and more towels, although we did find some.

Nice place for a get away to this area.

The location was great for us in a quiet village but having the pub nearby was very useful.

The stairs are very steep, but do-able for us. I could see them being problematic for others.

The cottage had everything we needed. It was ideally located in an area where there is lots to do and see. Fantastically clean. Very comfortable. The host was very, very helpful

A beautiful cottage in a beautiful location.

A beautiful cottage in a beautiful, peaceful location with stunning views. I arrived in snowy weather and even the steps to the front door had been cleared for easy access. The neighbours I met couldn't have been friendlier. It is an easy walk to the village which has all the amenities you could possibly want. Very enjoyable stay.

Small Comfortable property

The property was comfortable and there was good communication with owner.

Smell in the kitchen, a tray would have been nice to take drinks up to the lounge from the kitchen and a bin is needed in the bathroom.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful setting.

We loved the cottage, it was so comfortable, clean and warm. Host responded to any questions quickly. The views from the back of the cottage were stunning. Coffee machine was definitely a hit! Nice pub at the end of the road. Easy parking outside the property.

A full length mirror would have been nice (if that's the only negative then you know this place is excellent). Low ceiling on stairs going up from kitchen to living room (only my husband hit his head - just the once) not a problem for me as I'm 5"1.

Great location, nice little place, and very clean

My husband commented that he couldn’t believe how clean it was and he’s very picky. I’ve never had him say that about any place we’ve stayed before so it definitely deserves a mention! Even though the kitchen seemed fully equipped I was not in the mood for cooking so having the Junction a short walk away for dinner and a drink was perfect for me. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact, which was much appreciated.

Not big deals, but just two suggestions for the top floor—a rubbish bin in the bathroom, or at least somewhere on the top floor, would be useful, and a mirror in the main bedroom near a plug for when using the hairdryer would have been nice.

Lovely cottage, modern, and well-kept

It was comfortable, clean, modern, pleasant overall, and had almost all facilities one could need. I was unable to locate a mop when I made a spill, but don't see this as a negative really so didn't include that above. The location is quiet and the views are lovely. Had a great time there.

It would've been nice to have instructions for the coffee machine as it was greatly different to my one at home.

Peaceful cottage with great views, handy for both countryside and city alike

It was wonderfully quiet. It was walking distance from Bradford, Halifax and Haworth and lots of lovely places in between. Cosy, comfortable. Enjoyed the bath after a long walk. Particularly appreciated the supply of good coffee beans and the coffee machine.

We could have done with bigger saucepans but otherwise the kitchen was well equipped.

Exceptional

Easy getting in, communicating with host and the kitchen and bedroom were lovely, as well as had a lot of equipment. Living room was also nice, just feel the sofa could have been cleaner. Lovely 4K TV in that room. Bed was really comfortable, room was lovely and cosy. Filled up the bath tub, water was not getting hot at all tho so ended up just showing in luke warm water. Over all, enjoyed, will recommend and stay again.

Sofa has furs /hairs on it which felt strange and the room was cold. Hot water werent hot in the bath tub.
