Some difficulty with communication

We had a wonderful stay at Vista Piazza dei Martiri apartment. We ware a family of three including our 5 year old son and stayed there for a total of 5 nights. The location is fantastic, one of the best neighborhoods of Napoli. Lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and gelaterias to choose from. The room itself is a private double room with an en-suite bathroom, located inside an apartment with some comunal spaces shared with another room. Access was very easy with a digital key (requiring phone with internet). The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is a lift (elevator) in the building. There are a few steps down and up to reach the apartment door but that didn’t cause us any issue. The bed, mattress, pillows all very comfy and they provided an extra bed for our son. Bathroom very modern and lovely. The room doesn’t have a lot of daylight (possibly due to building work that was going on outside) but we were in Napoli to see the city not stay in the room! So not a problem for us and we had great night sleeps there. The air conditioning was great. Breakfast vouchers in the cafe next door include a coffee and pastry of your choice and for our son they had freshly squeezed orange juice. Delicious but I wish there was some savoury options too. Metro stations were 10-15 mins walk and the location is served well by Uber. The hosts couldn’t be more responsive and flexible along the way, so thanks so much for your excellent hospitality.

The property is cosy with lovely views over the valley. The area was quiet and had a friendly vibe.

We had our dog and unfortunately there isn’t any outdoor space attached to the property which we thought it had.

Clean and well equipped , walkable to the town .

The hill ( well it is hebden bridge I guess ! ). and that it was right on the road and no immediate back garden for the dog. Felt a bit basic and lacking home comforts , needs some softer lighting in the kitchen as big light a bit harsh .
