Lovely place with great facilities and a central location in Skipton. The house is very spacious and comfortable with the added benefit of 2 parking spaces

Much closer than we realised to the town centre . Great, friendly communication from the host. Lots of helpful extras, eg cook books, oil, DVDs... Lovely welcoming bottle of wine and tea and coffee. Everywhere was clean and rooms much bigger than expected ,we never felt we were on top of each other.parking easy, we didn't need to move the car all our stay as we could walk everywhere. The canal and day hire boats are exceptionally close. Lots of places to eat in or take away. Morrisons and Tesco a 2 minute walk away. Water pressure good and plenty of hot water.ample towels, crockery, glasses... WiFi good. We never turned on any TVs so can't comment on them

The bunk bedroom was strange and unusable for us, teen ended up sleeping in the lounge instead, as you had to walk through the bunk bed room to get to the double downstairs room . Double wasn't ensuite, so that would have involved lots of night time disturbance by grandparents . Be warned, the window of the twin room on the top floor has no limiter on so not suitable for younger children. If you're noise sensitive, the front of house (and balcony) backs onto a main road, but the double glazing is very good.

Great location, fabulous balcony with seating area. Very comfy lounge, plenty of room for the five of us that stayed with our own bathrooms, which included toiletries, and bedrooms. Two car park spaces and a lovely gesture leaving us a bottle of wine to enjoy.

It is across three floors so all good if you don't mind stairs.

The location was good for the purpose of the trip and the rooms fitted the configuration we needed as a family.

It was expensive for a very short stay especially as we could not enter the property until 4pm Saturday and had to leave by 10am Monday (a total of 42 hours) for the £791 charged. The property is in need of updating the plumbing was incredibly noisy and the floors very squeaky. Curtains and windows coverings cheap and nasty, a bit dated.
