About this cottage rental

This lovely townhouse is in the market town of Skipton near to Harrogate and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.

Please note: Christmas and New Year bookings must have a minimum of 5 nights. This lovely townhouse is situated in the market town of Skipton just twenty miles from Harrogate in North Yorkshire. The townhouse can sleep eight people in three double bedrooms, one on the ground floor, one on the second floor with en-suite shower and one on the first floor together with ground floor bunk bedroom (suitable for children or small adults) as well as a second floor bathroom and a ground floor shower room. Also in the townhouse is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and roadside parking at rear of property. 9 Navigation Square is a superb base from which to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Additional roadside parking at back of property. Secure bike storage. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. This lovely market town has much to interest the enthusiastic visitor, boasting an ancient castle open to the public, a beautiful old parish church and a colourful market occupying the cobbled setts each side of the high street.
