Unmade, dirty, uncomfortable beds. Noisy.

I arrived very late at night at 12.30 and someone met me to check in which I was very pleased about

The room I stayed in looked like it hadn’t been cleaned but as I arrived so late at night I did not bother to dispute it as I wanted to sleep as I had a flight to catch in the morning. The bed was unmade as I arrived with just a mattress topper which had other peoples hair all over it and a cigarette burn. The pillow was on the desk and felt like it had been used for over 40 years. There was no cover on the pillow and it was a grotty colour and you could see the terrible filling. The duvet/throw was just in a messy lump on the bed and did not smell great. The bathroom had no towel for if you wanted a shower and the bathmat was sprawled across the floor. I understand the purpose of the room is just to be a basic place to sleep for not too much money but the standard of cleanliness was atrocious! To make a bed with clean sheets and clean a room of that size takes a small amount of effort so I am thoroughly disappointed. The room was also very hot and noisy with the window open.

Comfortable and convenient

Location was excellent - very close to main train station. Very good value for money considering the location. Room basic but comfortable and clean. Breakfast available at very reasonable price. Excellent Italian coffee! Staff very friendly and obliging.

Super good stay, very recommended

Clean, tidy, spacious, modern furnished, freshly smelled and quiet room. Its fully equipped with all the facilities required, good wifi and comfortable bed. The receptionist was welcoming and so nice (Italian). The Hauptbahnhoff (Frankfurt central station) is literally one min walk from the hotel. You can go everywhere from this station. A variety of restaurants, different shops, post office are all lying nearby and can be reached by walking.

The only negative point is that the room was very cold all the time despite the fact that I left the heater on (it was working). I was shaking when I woke up in the morning.

Location was good and saved alot of time. Johny was very helpful and kind.

Wohl durch die "Lüftung" im Bad: Scheußlicher Gestank im Zimmer nach allem, was legal Rauchbar ist. EKELHAFT! Übernachtung nicht angetreten!

vriendelijk en persoonlijk

De persoonlijke en vriendelijke benadering, je voelt je echt een gast en ze herkennen je. de oude kamer met hoge plafonds en de locatie

de bedden waren wat kort voor mijn lengte en het sanitair vraagt wat aandacht.
