Everything we needed at a good price

The location was perfect for an overnight stay before flying out of FRA. Every Employee was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We will stay again!

We had 2 rooms. One of the rooms had slats and clear glass allowing an easy view into the bathroom from the bed. No privacy in the shower or on toilet. Not a problem for my stay, but it could be an issue.

Very nice stay

The hotel's location was excellent - a few minutes' walk to the train station and within walking distance of the Old Town. We felt safe despite the controversial neighborhood. The room was very comfortable, with plenty of storage space and a comfortable, large bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and luggage storage was available after check-out.

I could choose it depending on the situation for short stays, but since a kettle and coffee are quite important to me,

I liked that it’s close to the train station, easy to reach from the airport, and within walking distance of the city center.

I expected there to be slippers, but more importantly, I really didn’t like that there wasn’t even a bottle of water, no kettle, and no coffee. If I had known these weren’t provided, I wouldn’t have chosen this place. Also, if you have heavy luggage and your room is on the first floor, it can be a bit difficult because there are 5–6 steps that you have to use. It was also quite small, but that wasn’t an issue for me. As a woman, I arrived at night and walked to the train station at dawn, and honestly, I didn’t feel unsafe.

The hotel was clean and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast does not have a lot of diversity but the food tasted good. The location is very close to the Frankfurt Central Station so it was easy to travel anywhere.

The zone in which the property is located does not seem safe at all. There were a lor of sketchy people everywhere.

For a short stays, it is perfect!

Overall, we were generally happy with our stay at the hotel. The staff was very professional and helpful—we felt truly welcome throughout our visit. Both the hotel and the room were very clean and well-maintained. The location was decent, as it allowed us to walk to all our main points of interest, although some walks were a bit long. The neighborhood, however, was quite loud, and we didn’t feel entirely safe going out at night. A big plus was that the staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage on the last day and pick it up later, which we really appreciated.

Overall, I was generally happy with the hotel. However, the location wasn't ideal for my needs. We didn’t have breakfast during our stay, so I can't comment on that. I also found the price to be a bit high, especially considering that similar rooms are available in the same area—or closer to the city center—for a lower rate.

Convenient location for Frankfurt short stay

Excellent location - 5 minutes walking to central rail station and trams at the door; 15 minutes walk to New Old Town; lots of restaurants.

The room was stuffy because it was hot weather and the air conditioning was not working in our room. Traffic noise and restaurant noise when windows open. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Got a room facing the street despite requesting a quiet room. Also, apart from the outdated rug, a bottle left by previous guests raised my concerns about the overall cleaning service standard (though it could be the case it was just neglected accidentally)

Terrible WiFi

Wifi was absolutely terrible and really affected my ability to work in the evenings. It would disconnect over and over. I complained multiple times and nothing could be done to fix the issues.

Not a pleasant stay but only like the central location.

Only the central location is good

But the surrounding of the street in the area is very dirty, messy and noisy and the hotel staff is not friendly and unhelpful. The hotel is also v old.

Breakfast was very good! Many options for a wonderful meal. Location was very convenient as the train station was close by.

My only negative observation is that at check in I was suffering from moderate to severe sciatica (age 67). Our room was on the 2nd floor. The elevator for our floor basically stopped on level 1.5 or between the two floors. One had to then carry one's luggage up 7 or 8 steps to reach the 2nd floor. Room cost was reasonable.
