Nice hotel & friendly staff

Nice hotel in the financial district area. Bed comfortable and good value for money. We visited in winter but would definitely return to make use of the rooftop bar (as closed in winter months)

Very clean and modern very contemporary pleasant welcoming reception team

Only coffee available in the room not a fan of the deposit system when paying feels like your paying more until they refund the deposit found the restaurant price for a bottle of wine 52 euro ridiculous the food was very good value tho limited to meats in the main tho the corn soup was fantastic

Unexpected city break

The room decor is fascinating, industrial and vintage. The Nespresso coffee machine with a daily refill of capsules was a bonus. Although the hotel is relatively close to the central station, the neighbourhood is quite quiet, with easy access to public transportation.

A mini fridge or cooler in the room would have been useful.

City break

Very friendly staff, we got a room even as we arrived in the morning. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. The location was good, 15 minutes of walking to the railway station and around 45 minutes of walking to the old town center. We didn't try breakfast.

Superb boutique hotel near station

A relaxing, unassuming hotel walking distance from central train station. The room and bed were very comfortable and the room has a modern boutique decor. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Comfy and modern stay in the city center

Great location close to the main train station. Really cool lobby and easy check-in. The room was modern, clean and really comfortable overall. Also really like the "Späti" Dispenser where you can get Snacks and other things like toothpaste.

The beds were a little soft. It was not so easy to find the parking garage.

A great hotel close to the main station and tram stop

Really comfortable, modern room. The restaurant downstairs did some great BBQ food. Very close to a tram stop which could take you to most tourist areas in under 15 minutes

We often just walk everywhere on city breaks but felt we needed to use the tram to avoid a few “dodgy” streets which were close to the hotel. The street the hotel was actually on was completely fine but lacked much in the way of bars etc

Friendly staff, comfy beds, good breakfast, public transport in front of the hotel, nice rooftop terrace

The bathroom was too dark, especially in the shower area. There should be additional light. Better choice of bread at breakfast would be appreciated. No parking spaces at the hotel (but public parking nearby)

Very good

The hotel itself is great, with modern rooms and comfy beds. Decent bar downstairs and a rooftop bar as well, when the weather allows. Staff were friendly, and the room was exceptionally well-priced.

The soundproofing is poor, so we had issues with noise when people used the hotel-supplied speakers (which are a nice touch but in retrospect, probably not a good idea). The area is also very deprived and felt unsafe at times. Perhaps fine for couples but not for families.

Manager is no reason being hired in this hotel

Location is ok, room design is fine

The manager is really mean to us, and even we pointed out he is really mean to us, he is still mean to talk the regulation or law of Germany. Feeling like racism to us. we don't know how he could be the manager of this hotel, such disappointed
