My checkout was on Sunday. I booked in a train trip so I calculated the time to leave to the station after breakfast. The breakfast, which was supposed to be available at 7.30 am was not. There wasn’t even a person in the reception. I left without breakfast and had to buy something to eat at the station. I was very disappointed because that disrupted my day and that breakfast was paid for.

We stayed for 10 nights and we are very disappointed in using hotels.com that have rated such a hotel to be a good hotel. Overalthe service was very terrible. First, the room was dusty. Second, the bathtub was always clogged. Third, despite paying for breakfast for 10 nights, we never used had breakfast. As you might have seen from my hotel reservations on your hotels.com site, I travel a lot and it seem other hotel booking sites’ present a fair and better hotel offer than you. Accordingly, I am going to stop using hotels.com for my hotel reservations and switch to a different platform.

My experience at this hotel wasn’t great, and I didn’t feel comfortable during my stay. Don’t get me wrong — the staff was friendly, and the hotel is in a good location. However, the real problem started when I checked in and entered my assigned room. It turned out to be someone else’s room — I could clearly see an open suitcase and personal belongings inside. I immediately went back to the front desk and informed the staff. He seems surprised and gave me a different room and key. That room didn’t have anyone’s belongings, but it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Since the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, I was worried I might get charged a fine. I went back to the front desk again and asked for another room, explaining that the second room smelled heavily of smoke. They gave me a third room, but by then I didn’t feel secure anymore. I couldn’t stop thinking about how easily I had entered someone else’s room earlier - what if someone could do the same to mine? Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again due to safety concerns, even though the staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

They have cancelled our reservation without information. We, 5 people, went there at midnight but without a room. The only good thing was they responded phone call and arranged an other hotel.

A good find in Frankfurt, very friendly desk staff and attentive housekeeping who replaced the soap at the sink without being told.. The overall hotel is a bit dated but the room.waa well equipped. Appreciated the fridge and tea..a chair at the desk would have been perfect.

I ordered this hotel because they had a car charger for my Tesla. And they did. But the guy in the office lied and said it was busy and i could not use. But there was no other car and it was not in use. So they lied to me. The guy in the morning was very upset and agreed that this is not how it shoud be. It is also VERY hard to find parking as the streets are full. And the car charger was empty all night. NOT recommended.

The soundproofing is terrible. I could hear conversations from the next room, and since many laborers stay at this hotel, loud music was played in the rooms until 2 a.m., which made it very difficult to rest.

Relatively close to the train station. Close to a new shopping mall. An underground station is under construction but there’s a tram station nearby. Was a little disappointed they didn’t have a toothpaste and free bottled water in the number. But generally a good choice for its price.

I really like going to smaller properties (no big corporations). They always have their quirks. The shower was a bit strange but it worked so that's all that matters. The staff was very lovely and always let me take candy from the front desk. And the location was very convenient for me, since I was in Frankfurt for a convention at Messe. I could easily walk there every day. And there is a huge mall nearby if you forgot anything. My only complaint was that I didn't think the breakfast was quite for 15 Euro, but hotel food is often expensive.

I had a terrible experience at Hotel Attaché. Upon arrival, they couldn't find my reservation despite it being confirmed on the Hotels.com app. They eventually assigned me a room with no ventilation, a non-opening window, and a foul smell. I couldn't sleep all night and had to wait until morning to speak with someone, who informed me that their servers, phone, and internet were down. I finally got a decent room but only managed a few hours of sleep before my appointment. They refused to refund me for the first night. I do not recommend this hotel.
