The rooms on the side of the railway are rather noisy

Substandard rooms, with a very strong smell of smoke. They charge 20 euros for early check in... Showers are outdated, carpets are worn out. Cleaning is not detailed, sheets are clean though and matresses are confortable. Parking entrance was obstrued by the car of the hotel owner, he did not bother a second to apologize for keeping me waiting for 20 minutes before je would move his car I had no other accommodation options due to a trade show that ran the full city to be sold out, otherwise i do not recommend at all this place , sold at 300 euros per night. A disgrace.

The room was so small I had to go outside to change my mind. the shower was tiny....I'm a big guy and I could barely turn around let alone wash. everything at the desk took a long time....seems like the computer program is slow or hard to work. the location was ok.

Just a few minutes’ walk to Messe Frankfurt and Skyline Plaza. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, but it lacks amenities and rooms are small. However, its proximity to Messe Frankfurt makes up for it.

The hotel room was lovely and the reception/bar was also very nice and welcoming. We had a drink at the bar downstairs and it was nice and also convenient. The hotel is located right near the major shopping mall as well as a strip of a variety of great dining options. It is also located right near a train station so it is easy to get within the city. Despite the hotel being located right beside the train tracks, the windows have been soundproofed and did not cause much of a problem for us.

The hotel provided everything we needed. Staff were amazing- reception and breakfast staff.It felt like home. Location was great- close to the malls and restaurants, including proximity to downtown and train stations. Couldn’t ask for more.

Overall we had a nice stay. The area was quiet for a city, even with the train line right across the street. Parking was expensive (35 euro/day) and the same rate as the local garages so we just parked by the mall. The staff was friendly when we arrived. The only complaints I have is the check in process and having to fill in all of our information- I feel like that's something that should be collected from the booking reservation to save time. Our room was also pretty small but still functional for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults- just watch the corner of the bunkbed! Overall I would stay here again.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and in walking distance to public transport and festhalle which was the reason for our visit. Unfortunately there were several occasions when there were things on the menu that were not available and they also ran out during breakfast. Apart from that there was a good selection at breakfast most days.

If you are looking for a clean hotel for please don’t book this one. The mattress had stains on it, the hall way smells stuffed because of the carpet and as we were checking out we saw one of the housekeepers cleaning a room next door with the pillows on the ground. They only clean your room per request so keep that in mind. In general, an absolute no for us and don’t recommend.

Small compact room for family of 4 and very comfortable beds with well laid out room at a very good value and 17 minutes to the airport. Clean bathroom. Kettle in room and safe was appreciated. Walk to Rumi Afghan restaurant was excellent food. Lots of free parking on the street around the hotel felt safe.

Very small room but nice and clean except for the shower cabin that needs some more cleaning. The check in takes a while since all guests have to put in passport numbers, address details and sign each by their self. Good for security but be patient when checking in. Great secure parking place.

Everything was great. My check-in was fast and the room is fine. However, i gotta give this hotel 1 star as the receptionist, the one I met in the morning, on the check-out day was in horrible attitude. Dont think I did anything to deserve that from him.
